“I am from Singapore and I did it with a sex worker on 9th of Dec 2003. She initiated sex with condom and I agreed. She gave me oral sex without condom for a min and she was very gentle. It is towards the end of the year and is good to have a good resolution for the coming new year.

My resolutions:

Cheonging will still continue but restricted or restrained to traditional massages and handjobs only.............................................. ................hehehe.

My resolution for 2006 is to stop fucxxxx except with my wife. KTV is fine and so is HC but strictly HJ or BJ with cap...

Signs & Symptoms

I had few sec unprotected recieving oral from a sex worker and the rest is protected.
I developed rash 4 days after exposure and stomach gas then light headedness.
Saw GP and given medicine for the stomach.
Now I got swollen node for the past two weeks at
right side of my neck and discover having Periodontal Disease a week ago (gum recession) and still have the headache.

1. I have tested negative Syphilis 72 days after exposure and tested negative Elisa 78 days after the exposure by AFA.

Is the HIV test a good indication that I am free of hiv or for my case need a much longer window period?
I am perfectly OK before the exposure but now lots of physical problems.

2. I was wonder if this can be the cause of immune system compromised?
3. Can it be other viruses transmitted sexually that was not cover under DSC?
4. Does DSC check virus like Mononucleosis(Epstein-Barr Virus) or CMV ..etc?

What the expert says:
Oral sex without a condom poses a low risk for HIV transmission. The window period for HIV test is 1 month to 3 months.
Your test after 72 days is a good indicator that your are negative.
Your signs and symptoms do not relate to HIV infection. This may be linked to some other medical condition which you need to be followed up by a doctor.

Ha Ha, Bro, say is easy lor.....every new year i will tell myself, this year got to stop going to HC / TN....etc etc...BUT come Jan only, meh tahan.....
Anyway I do agree with you that all these PRC, Malaysia and even locals are all the same lor, that is why i also restrict myself to HJ and BJ with cap lor.....

Just to share with all of you another confession:

Below are the sexual encounters i had please let me know if any of the below acts can cause hiv/sti

1)I had a massage in singapore where the lady did a hand job for me. No oral or penetrative sex.while doing the massage i kissed her tits..it was just ..kissing and not sucking. Once i ejaculated ..i went to the toilet and had a shower in hot water ..and applied the soap solution in the bath room on my penis and other parts of body and used the towels provided by them ..when i returned she did one more hand job for me and i had shower again.I was using the towel provided by them.

I was in hongkong for 4 days before for 2 weeks and i had few sexual encounters as below.

1) Had a full body massage at a massage center ..no special service ..just a professional massage.lady was doing massage with her bare hands and no towels in between my body and her hands.

2) I was in a bar and i hugged a girl..(a call girl/sex worker)... close to my body with cloths on..hold her arms and dance .for half hour .and kissed her forehead. and her neck..no french kissing ...As soon i felt guilty i rushed to the toilet and cleaned up my hands and face.

3) full body massage in another family massage parlor..with out any special service..ie just a full body massage.In that massage towards the end she wet a towel and rubbed my finger and did a moist massage on both my arms finger. This massage parlor i saw many families visiting for neck and leg massage.

4) I did took one sip from the ice lemon tea of my collegue (male).he is sexually very active and goes with prostitutes often. Any chance of STI ?

Does any of the acts can cause a risk ?.Massaging my body with bare arms can cause STI/HIV ?.The massage is hard massage like accupressure massage...Can the towels or the equipment table used in the massage parlor can cause transmission ?.Can the usage f toilet in the massage parlor ..can cause harm.

3 days before i feel slight pain and burning sensation when i pass urine ..it is better now..i used to have urinary infection ..once in a while and last time i had was about ..5 months before.

I am more worried about STI than HIV.

I am a person who get worried fast and think and analyse about - ve points first.
I have a family and i feel guilty about my acts .

What are the STI which can be caused due to casual encounter like ...deep hug ..holding arms for long...massage without sex..
