Massage chair maker OSIM International saw a crash in its share prices by 8.9% in just 2 days over Tuesday and Wednesday and the company doesn’t know why.
The Singapore exchange queried the company about its rapid fall in share prices pointing out that the movement in share prices were unusual.
OSIM Shares had dropped 4% on Tuesday and a further 4.9% on Wednesday.
When the company was asked about the unusual movement in share prices, it said that they are not currently involved in ant discussions that could explain the sudden drop.
"We are not aware of any information not previously announced concerning us, our subsidiaries or associated companies that might explain the trading," Osim said in response to a query from the Singapore Exchange (SGX). "There are currently no ongoing discussions regarding any joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions or purchases or sales of any significant assets."
