Red dark patch on penis shaft (Top)
Hi bros,
Had BBBJ and CIM from an FL a few weeks ago (24 December), a day later I realized that I have red dark patch on my penis shaft at the top, when I retract my penis skin, there's a burning pain sensation. I figured it might be friction burn so I let it rest for a few days. Still, the patch is still there... I tried to apply Aloe Vera, Vaseline, Egoderm cream, Aloe vera and vaseline doesn't seem to help... Egoderm seems to make the red patch goes away, but um when I pcc-ed a day ago still has the red dark patch... Any solutions...? Wanna visit the doctor to check for HIV but um have to wait 30 days... |

Re: Red dark patch on penis shaft (Top)
you are unlikely to get HIV from that exposure
however if u want to test for HIV, u can still go to afa and ask to do the 4th Generation Test, i will recommend u do a STD test though (note: AFA DO not provided that, go pay Dr tan a visit) http://afa.org.sg/what-is-a-4th-gen-hiv-test/ 3rd generation tests take 6-8 weeks and only tests for antibodies. 4th generation tests are accurate 14 days after exposure, because this is when the p24 antigen becomes high enough to measure; effectively reducing the window period by average of 14 days. A negative result at 28 days is good news but it is not conclusive. UK guidelines (BASHH) say that an early negative result at 28 days (1 month) needs to be confirmed with a second test 90 days (3 months) after the exposure. |

Re: Red dark patch on penis shaft (Top)
You might want to take a photo and post it up so people who have experience might be able to help.
If not go straight to a doctor and tell them the full story. It's hard to recover a wound under the foreskin, because it's mostly covered up, and moist. So bacteria stays there for quite a while. |

It is too fast to have ARS, very likely either other STDs or abrasion. If your penis got discharge, please quick see a doc.

Fungal infection also quite likely.
Go buy Zarin cream, apply on the head and whole LJ with the skin down... search my post, I've been there... still alive and kicking...

Bro, try Betadine antiseptic cream. Its really good and it works for me for any type of infection on the penis. It kills bacteria, fungal infection, viruses. Its available at guardian pharmacy.

And its also a wound care product, so any cuts or abrasions, it heals it. Take care

Re: Red dark patch on penis shaft (Top)
Sorry for the late reply bros,
So here's the main thing: Um despite me not seeing the doctor that time, it auto healed itself (Though I tried to applied those creams which were useless lol) Then recently, the redness appears again, this time it stretched all the way from the start to the end of the penis skin, now that was an SOS to me so I went to DrTan's clinic at somerset. Luckily the cream Dr Anthony provided has removed all the redness away, phew. So um.... in conclusion, always consult the doctor instead of asking online lol. |

However never attempt to get a DIAGNOSIS on the internet. Only a qualified medical professional can do that and this requires a face to face consultation and diagnostic testing.
