Thumbs up Higher Caste Sinkie Jailed For Beating Indon Serf!

An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:

This is a sad day. How are sinkies supposed to train their serfs properly then?

Quote:

Ho Mei Li, 28, was sentenced to three weeks in jail for assaulting her maid.

She had hit her domestic helper because she had machine washed her children’s clothing instead of hand-washing them.

Ho who sells phone accessories for a living had hit her 36 year old Indonesian mad and stamped on her.

The incident happened on July 6 last year at her home on Marsiling Drive.

Ho brokedown in tears when the judge passed her sentence.

Ho is a single mother who had been drunk on the day the incident happened. She had returned to her flat at about 7am and flew into a rage when she had found out that her maid had not done as instructed.

She hit her maid and knocked her down before stamping on her chest several times.

The maid was afraid for her life and she ran away after Ho took the maid’s personal belonging and locked herself in her bedroom.

The maid sought the help of a passer by and reported the incident to her maid agency before filing a police report.

The maid had suffered multiple contusions from the assault.

Ho pleaded for leniency saying that she never intended to hurt the maid severely and she was drunk. She also said that she needs to take care of her two children aged 8 and 3.

The judge noted that maid abuse is very serious because the maid depends on employers for housing and food and the employer’s home is the maid’s work place.

The judge also took into account another charge where Ho had pointed two knives at the maid

For maid abuse, she could have been jailed for up to three years and/or fined $7,500.
