1) Insert the disc and use either "My computer" or "Windows Explorer" to acess the contents of the disc.
2) If there is any autostart prorgam which plays the movie, close it.
3) Open the CD drive and find "mpegav" folder.
4) you'll see a one or a couple of av*.dat file.
5) Either copy the file to your Hard Disk before you upload to the net or upload the file directly to the net(this might take a longer time).
