Order has been restored. http://www.straitstimes.com/singapor...ng-msf-officer SINGAPORE - A 56-year-old man will be charged in court on Wednesday (Jan 6) with assaulting an officer from the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF). The incident took place on Nov 6, 2015, when the man visited MSF's Social Service Office at Toa Payoh to seek financial aid. Police said preliminary investigations revealed that the man had turned aggressive during an interview with the 34-year-old female MSF officer. He started hitting her before he was stopped by other MSF officers. Police officers from Tanglin Divison who responded to the incident arrested the man.
