Pappies are now encouraging more seow people to go around whacking people, civil servants included, in bush land style by punishing them like school boys caught for stealing candies.

Why no caning? If caned, the caning might cure the hood to get rid of his seow attitude and until then, he will still think sinkie land is a bush land where his fists speak louder than civility.

Although he could not be caned due to his age, he should be given a sentence to keep him locked up for long haul.
