What will you do when you face such problems? (its 100% psychological, probelms from home, relationships, work etc) What to do to perk up your self confidence and erection?

well i did.. quite fustrating when u wanna do it mentally but physically u can't..

but lucky things back to normal real soon after all my problems are cleared...

Sure have. But I still bonk during these periods. It's a man's thing to prove yourself the system is running fine. For me, it's either having difficulties ejaculate or keeping little brother stiff. Although I prefer the former.

It's a psychological problem, which I'm still learning to counter. The only solution to such psychological problem (as per a lao-chiao cheongster) is not to think about your problems during bonking. Just enjoy yourself.

actually i don't...i bonk harder n more frequent when "things" get hard...

unless i suffer from the below equation ;

low $$ = low morale = depression = suppress sex drive

notice the end result is not low sex drive...haha...only applies to me lah.

Hey I too sometime have this problem saw a poster in Polyclinic once on a woman the goes along the line that her man is not even thinking about sex...IT IS DEPRESSION and he should seek help and with it have a pjone number or a referal clinic. I will take a pic and post it if I past by it again...to help all Bros. in same shit. Hope those who been thru this and went to consult a doc can step out and share ur experience....maybe the Lady Doc or Nurse starts to strip to test if you really depress

...Then I will be the 1st to cheong there

Depends what caused it. if its something at work, you needa victory in that regard, to figure a problem out, solve the personal conflict that is causing the depression.

it varies form problem to problem and form person to person.

When a person is preoccupied with an issue that is resulting in depression, I feel that sex will naturally become something distant in the mind.

During the period of depression, it is better for the person to be left alone for a while and then seek counselling and support.

Actually for me the other way round: Less sex cause me to have high depression and stress

My gf seriously giving me hell... sigh... They said sex will reduce depression but since sex is the cause of my depression, I got no cure liao knn...

well..no worries bro...i went thru some serious depression before...allow me to share with you.

Spend time to talk to someone..this is important...and if you can, try to pick up a new hobby...take you attention away from your depression...this helps a lot.

hope you get out of it soon...

To those bro, sometimes, this is not as easy as bonking more...depression is serious...i even consider suicide, but luckily went thru it unharmed..

Hi, Exercise will help you to improve your sex live. It improve the hardness and strength during sex. May be you would like to exercise and monitor the progress.

Glad to have this thread. Me too in middle of depression. Cannot erect long enough. Suddenly can lost appetite in the middle of session. Thinking about taking viagra or something. Start to wondering that I might get impoten forever. Does medicine help??? It will take time to solve my problem. What should I do? Help!?
