I know I am stupid (the fact that I post this in sex forum is a proof of that) but I have nowhere else to go.

I met a mongolian girl in Singapore many years ago.

In short we got enganged. And she asked me to lend her brother in law money close to SGD $100k to build a hostel.

We drafted all the contract and signed in front of notary.

fast forward 4 years later, I have only received $4k back and a broken heart. The case is in mongolia court now, but those mongolian officers took their own sweet time. And I suspect her brother in law bribed the court officers.

He is still walking freely in UB despite being case lodge against him in court.

so here is the thing:

1. anything that I can do to fasten the process? lodge report in Singapore? complain to MP?

2. anyone knows good debt collector in Mongolia?

I know it is hopeless case. Any comments, advice would be very appreciated.

The chances of getting the money back is close to zero. China law is vastly different from Singapore. Contracts may not be honoured in the first place.

It is willing buyer and seller, no free lunch, you fork out $100K for that relationship, did you enjoy sex and companionship with her for the past 4 years? if Yes then take it as money pay for the 4 years enjoyment.

Its sad to hear this.. take it as a live experience.. it helps you to mature..
Basically you cant do anything except to reearn the money and move forward.. Dont let the past haunt you and affect your future..

thank you all for your encouragements. and I hope bros can learn from this too.

right now i am putting contract to as many lawyers/debt collectors as possible.

it is like.. i give you 40% if you can give my money back but i will not spend any dime upfront.

LoL..i know it is hopeless case. but feel very pain especially I never cheated anyone in my life... it is hard earned money..

if a bad person can do it and get away with it... why can't i be the bad person? i have this thinking in my head lately.. hahaha..

Nt everyone can b a bad person jz as u wan. U need to b cruel, heartless, not conscience or inhuman to b a bad person. U nt believe or afraid karma will hit u one day. Certain circumstances will force a person to b bad but he will b guilty for whole his life.

The scammer can get away fm law but can't get away fm karma. Who knw, mayb her money end up cheat or rob by others?

Sure will feel heart pain since is ur hard earned money, but would u rather lose d money than feel guilty for rest of ur life to do bad thing to get revenge??

Really to b a bad person nt so easy, muz hv certain brain & heartless.
