Women do get sexually stimulated when her baby is sucking milk from her breast. But it is not right for a grown man to snatch breast milk meant for baby, such a bully. Unless he is willing to pay a good price, acceptable if it is purely a commercial transaction.

I think you do not understand what milk fetish will do to you. It will drive you nuts when you see milk squirting out from breast, just like there are people who have feet fetish.

Anyway if the mother is poor she will not be able to produce milk as she cannot afford nutritious food which is need to make milk for her baby. In the real world if she can breast feed a man for a fee she will be able to buy food and it is about 3 hours she will feel the rush of milk....so how to reserve all the milk if she has none in the first place....
