this is a news someone shared online and reproduced here. attached is the kitchen service yard maybe have to rotate to right. inside this seng kang anchorvale link blk 332A, #10-352, the master bedroom lived some foreigners looks like pinoy and like to smoke and talked loudly in kitchen service yard. they are females. but like to peeped to the living rooms of the all units across the kitchen service yard above their level 10 unit but used a board to block their master bedroom window don't know whats inside illegally leh. they will hide besides the service yard wall on their left so people cant see them when they washing or do things but if they don't look at above people living rooms the locals wont discover and look at their strange actions. something is very fishy in this unit. karnarsai !
