I was doing my exploration around the city area and I bumped into this rather secluded shop. The shop was not there a few months ago, so it is considered new.

Will cut to the chase and give my ratings:

Location - 9/10 very accessible. Many buses and close to MRT. What makes it even better is that this shop is in a very secluded corner that no one will actually even walk past there. But if you see someone walking in that direction, almost confirm they are going to that shop. Another clue: it is in an old building and there was a former large scale spa which has already been torn down.
Room: 7/10 clean and well kept. There is only 1 room in this shop manned by 1 lady. No attached shower.

Nationality: PRC
Looks: 8.5/10 her face is the common type you can see at PRC ktv. Not the super chio pedigree but got certain standard one.
Body: 7.5/10 she is quite tall and the figure is what I would say "slender and slim". Her figure is further accentuated by the dress she wears. She was in an all white 1 piece dress with pants design. Something which is good enough for office and clubbing. She deserves some praise for the way she dresses.
Boobs: 7.5/10 all natural perky B cup, good suckable brown nipples. Bros who follow my posts would know I generally don't go for smaller cup ladies, so for me to want to try her says something about the attractiveness of her overall appearance.
Skin complexion: 8/10 smooth and no blemish
