My advice is to find another girl. This relationship would only give you problems in future. Especially since you are unwilling to convert. Don't ever convert to another religion because you want to get married. Only convert if you believe in the religion and want to practice the religion.

Muslim can only marry Muslim. Cannot marry another person from another religion. If he still want to marry her and don't want to convert, then he can opt for civil marriage. Not advisable though.
