Dear Bros,

Pls dun flame me if i did something wrong, did a research but cant find a ans i wan.

A close friend of mine decided to start a small pub. location not decided yet. He wans to 'hire' some viet or prc gals as 'waitress' mayb similar to Joo Chiat concept.

Anyone got any source or lobang for hiring the 'waitress'?? pls pm me

It's best you find those who have student passes, or those who have long term passes, maybe they might risk working for you, if he pays them good salary. Look around in somerset or in chinatown area lor.

actually i think they are all agent base. you find the agent, you get the gals.

Word of mouth is a powerful tool.

If your friend is a big pub, and every night a lot of patrons, the girls will automatic flow in. Don't even need you to find them. They will come knocking o your doors.

U are right, Foreigner on long term pass and Student Pass normally r not allow to work especially in pub. Paying them well might work. Try Poly or the University student here are allow to work parttime. Or put ad for dependent pass holder and PR to apply for the post as Customer Relation Executive. to qualify as S pass or EP employee. Another alternative is look elsewhere example Malaysian and Philippine.

In the first place why not look for locals????
