Any offence to have sex wif a girl that is 17 but gg to be 18?

At the age of 17 gg to 18 izzit illegal to sell sex?

legal age for sex in sg is 16 AND a half, means 16yrs and 6 mths old.

NOT 16yrs old like some ppl think.

below 17 is not legal for $$$ sex.
have to be 18 and above for legal $$$ sex.

The legal age for consent is 16. If the girl has her birthday today, that means she is opened for entry legally.

The gov is thinking of coming up with this law that it is ILLEGAL to bonk an 18 year old PROSTITUTE. This is part of an effort to curb 'underage' prostitution.
This law has NOT been passed yet.

Meaning that, if you bonk your 16 year old GF, it is OK.
If she makes a police report against you that you PAID her after the job, you are in trouble

You never pay her for the sex but you pay for other expenses like presents, dinners, etc....does that consider?!

It is considered ILLEGAL so long that the prosecution can prove the fact that you have actually showered her with benefits. The keyword here is benefit, not really cash.

That means if u buy her dinner in exchange for sex, you are doomed.

But the onus is on the prosecution to prove that the girl and you have actually and formally concurred upon the deal, which isnt difficult as they just got to rely on the girl's statement to nail you.

Many a time, the girl 's false statement will kill the guy despite the guy being innocent. There is no need to produce receipts or any evidence to suggest that the girl has received favours from the guy.

Best is still to fuck gals above 21.
