Uber/Grab drivers shd be penalised for being late

They should stop accepting bookings when they are still on trips. This will cause the person who book to wait for a long time.
Since uber/Grab passengers face extra charges if late, then the drivers should also penalised for being late by deducting the fare accordinglytime.
