Is this consider lover or FB?

to me it sounds like FB since the relationship is more physical rather than emotional (assuming minimal romance is involved, since you did not mention it)

so whats the difference btw FB and Lover? i think basically the F in FB explains it cleary. whereas Lover can mean many things depending on the context

To me FB is basically between to willing party whom have sex regularly but no emotional attachment
While Lover is 2 willing party who has feeling for each other but could or not could be committed to each other
