Age 40++ advice needed
An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Hi guys , I’m approaching late 40s and I find it very obvious that my inner drive and motivation level has dipped.l considerably. I still have the hunger and desire to do well in life but the mental part cannot keep up, even for concentration level. Anyone of you experienced this post 40s and how do you overcome it. I get the STRONG and DRIVEN feeling back whenever I finish a long work out when the endorphins level is high. How to sustain such positive and driven state ? Any useful...
