A backdoor trick that the CECA agreement permits
An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
The CECA pact signed allows Indian companies to embark on “Intra corporate” transfers. All they have to do is recruit Indian workers back at their Indian Office and subsequently transfer them to the Singapore office. These people can even bring their dependents over to work in Singapore. This is a loophole they constantly exploit to avoid recruiting local Singaporeans altogether.
