As the paps took decisive action to clamp down on returnees, locals and FS/PS alike, who are now required to hole up in special hotels, the lingering question is: Who pays for their cosy comfort in these hotels, meals included. Are the paps going to raid the Reserves to keep these foreign returnees (FS/PS) safe from Covid at the expense of the local tax payers?
