Sorry for opening this discussion. Hoping that no one zaps me out.

If you observe, after the dry season for about a year, there have been a returnof many TNs to the heartlands,like TP and AMK. They provide good value for money service. But as soon as they sprout they die off or have to shift location just because of the publicity gained and the AV that follows.
I am also posting this because of I sadly watched the quick rise and fall of XMR in a few months.The argument is that they advertise the place in papers This surely wont evoke an AV raid, but coupled with hot FRs' and descriptive location details will reduce their work.

I feel it is extremely important not to provide pointers to the exact location
as behind MRT, opp 40 storey floor. Any AV guy or reporter can easily find the location based on these descriptions and follow on,without even getting a PM of the location. We can always put the main location in the post, but better refrain from providing pointers to the exact location. PM the location and contacts , even if it is done more. I believe it will reduce the chances of trouble.

A current search on AMK ,HGN,TP will give 4 or 5 active threads.

Let us share with care and caution and do our part to safegaurd these treasures we patronize.

I dont expect any upz for this one, hopefully I do get

I started a thread to share a finding and in keeping the place discreet, I do not post the address or PM to anyone I suspect are newbies

What do I get in return ? Being zapped for 10 points in a short period.

There are many crazy people here ... so while many of us want to keep it discreet, there are many others who do otherwise

Seriously, how does AV work? Log in to SBF and surf ard for info? I don't think they work that way right? I always thought that it's the complaints of the residents that will get AV to the site...

I think they have many source of intel/info, SBF might be just one.

Complaints definitely are the most triggering point, but we all cant for sure say AV also doesn't log into SBF.I agree with e bros that most guys who are around for a while do not post the details.It will be most likely the guys who are new.

And I think the top brass here are doing all the best to avoid this cases.
But I think we also must put occassional reminder here.

As to point zapping, I also got zapped before

It's simple: Nobody likes to be told how to chiong. Nobody likes to be told that they are responsible for the welfare of those businesses.

Another joint I know also had to close / move last day coz of the publicity man. The FRs are helpful . All I said is not to give directions to the place publicly

I suppose you are not talking about those clean decent joints.

I have come across a couple of clean massage joint threads where some very enthusiastic ones would be quick to jump in to suggest discretion on revealing the location.

Yes, probably the good intention but I have to say again that it might not be fair to some of our newbie bros, me included, to be deprived of the most basic information to some solid clean massage joints as recommended.

It's not me to pm for contacts/locations and many newbies bros, i believe, would never smell a reply. Ganted that there might be some newbies who we are suspicious of but I do believe that among us all, there are also those genuine ones.

So, while I agree that we need to exercise discretion, we must also be discerning and being not too paranoid for the benefits for all. The forum is here to share.

I would like to apologize for the tone of my last post. The tone was unecessarily hostile and as I noted belatedly, you were not looking for points.

Part of the reason for my hostility is that I had bad experiences with being "censored" by seniors as a newbie. This forum has enough rules governing how people post, we certainly don't need any more. The onus is on the forumer to give out information or not. Either way, there's no right or wrong.

To tell the truth, I fail to see how the loss of a few massage parlours and massage ladies will affect us. TNs spring up and close down all the time. There's little permanency in the trade.

My concern is more on the part of heartland centers which open and close so fast these days

Wah, neighbourhood TNs lagi worse. Those kind fly-by-night one, very rare to have one stay long. They make some profit, hang on as long as possible, then time to move on liao. What they do isn't exactly legal, of course residents will complain.
