i believe the problem with your so-called 90 degree missionary position, is that her love hole entry is so low that you have to be knee-sitting kinda position to enter?

try put a pillow under her butt, so that she’s not flat on the bed, that way you can enter easily.

or, after you enter her, reach your hands behind her butt and lift it up. and instead of you doing all the thrusting and hip movement, use your hands to make her hip and butt goes up and down.

This position is only meant for porn videos. I don't find it enjoyable. Your KKJ must be long enough if not it will slips out easily.

Correct. The love hole is too low and I am not like those people who can seiza (knee sitting position) and can still thrust without arm support.

The pillow one is a good idea. Main thing is I want to have hands free so I can do a few more things e.g. stimulate her clit, boobs, nipples.

Alternatively one can try sitting on his butt. So the position will be leveled with the virginal and the guy does not need to bent his knee. But do make sure your feet does not stinks as it will be rather close to the woman's head unless you can really spread eagle wide.

i tried doing it while sitting, the problem is that you can hardly thrust while sitting, or your butt gonna keep rubbing the bedsheet. so usually from knee-sitting position, i will

1) lean backward, lift her ass or waist upward and transition into cowgirl

or

2) raise her legs over my shoulder, lean forward and transition into deep missionary.

I have done it without hurting the knees.

What does help is having good and strong abs as thrusting will be by using your abs core rather than hips. A longer dick can help a lot and it also does help if her hips are bigger.
