You should see a doctor just in case. Better safe than sorry. The earlier you get it checked out, the less chance of it turning more serious.

Yea i should see the doctor. I think the inside of my urethra got laceration due to the hard fast pressure of my ejaculation. Really need to drink a lots of water to help ease the pain

Fuck I think I drank a lot the entire day before going at it, for me when it comes to ejaculating, I always drank a lot to build up the ejaculation and keep edging before releasing it.

Update: Ok, test results came back and I have UTI. They also be sending the urine sample for a second testing for the bacteria.

They give me 10 packets of Citravescent, dissolve on water, 1 satchet 3 times a day and 2 boxes of Cycin Ciprofloxacin, to be taken 2 times a day (morning and night) after food

Yea they mentioned it, they also asked me if I was holding off in urinating for a long time after drinking so much water and hydrating myself, I say yes and they explained to me that’s one of the cause of the UTI because by holding it off longer, it may causes infection to the bladder and kidneys. They also say by doing that every time, the pressure of the urine when urinating might also cause laceration to the tissue of the urethra, leading to bleeding.
