The weather here is improving although day and night could mean a difference of more than 10 degrees on certain freaky days... Right now, I'm only wearing a short sleeve shirt with jeans... Back to the casual days... hahahaha... No more layers upon layers.....

Bring her to Shanghai is an option, as I have yet to try TRY #52 and #1, and that I have plan to go Kunshan to take a look. I shall weigh the options.

What action? No action lah. I was offered to try Greece gal, but I declined. As my trip was really a short one, basically fill up with meetings. Don't even have the time to go shopping.

On the eve of the departure, I was having dinner around GL, while looking for parking we saw one Russian gal with sexy lingerie at one of the coffee shop. I just discovered this forum a few days ago and have been consientiously reading this thread from page 1 to get myself updated with what's been going on.

I must say, I'm pleasently surprised that there are so many of us in this city... wish I could have discovered here earlier cos the past month I've spent here have been quite lonely haha

Another thing I've noticed around here is that the lao jiaos here are not stuck-up at all. I think their considerateness and willingness to help the newbirds or the unfamiliar is woth mentioning and commending. Good to see that there are still such kind-hearted people around and hope the other newbies on board dun take that for granted!

For now, my contribution to this forum will be rather limited, cos the places i've been to are already pretty-well discussed on this thread. But a couple of experiences worth-mentioning:

Ventured into some of the red-glowing barber shops littered around the place i'm staying at.. basically got quoted between 60-150rmb for 1hr massage+full package depending on how chio the girl is. Didn't feel safe enuff to try but some other adventurous bros mite fancy a hit. Hope the price range will be useful!

Another hot-spot for picking up chicks, from my experience, seems to be the Manhattan pub at Mao(4) Ming(2) Lu. Last time I went, 2 nites ago, managed to pick up this ktv hostess on a day off cos she was having a tiff with her bf haha. Anywayz, chatted her up, got her number and she told me to call her if I wanna have a good time. I just discovered this forum a few days ago and have been consientiously reading this thread from page 1 to get myself updated with what's been going on.

I must say, I'm pleasently surprised that there are so many of us in this city... wish I could have discovered here earlier cos the past month I've spent here have been quite lonely haha

Another thing I've noticed around here is that the lao jiaos here are not stuck-up at all. I think their considerateness and willingness to help the newbirds or the unfamiliar is woth mentioning and commending. Good to know that there are still such nice people around and hope that the other newbies dun take that for granted!

For now, my contribution to this forum will be rather limited, cos the places i've been to are already pretty-well discussed on this thread. Just a couple of experiences worth mentioning though.

Ventured into some of the red-glowing barber shops littered around the place i'm staying at.. basically got quoted between 60-150rmb for 1hr massage+full package depending on how chio the girl is. Didn't feel safe enuff to try but some other adventurous bros mite fancy a hit.

Another hot-spot for picking up chicks, from my experience, seems to be the Manhattan pub at Mao(4) Ming(2) Lu. Last time I went, 2 nites ago, managed to pick up this ktv hostess on a day off cos she was having a tiff with her bf haha. Anywayz, chatted her up, got her number and she told me to call her if I wanna have a good time. However, she looks like the rather expensive type so I didn't follow up on her, but if any bro wants her contact or more info pls feel free to pm me. Manhattan pub is a meat market along that road. A couple of us are so regular that the mixers are free.
Good place for pick up once in a while but got to be there long enough to identify the non working ones from the whole lot of WLs.
On weekends, the part time waitress are better. One fellow Samster Bro Scuba had hits on them, even went for Sandwich, but he is so lazy in putting up his FR. This is one bro in SHA that we should be talking to. Most hits and no FRs, because he is simply lazy!
For the info of all Samsters coming into HGH, the good news is we have just penetrated the Zhejiang School of Economics. We can actually attend classes on weekends if we want. Any bros interested in going back to Uni?

Just came back from China a couple of days ago... only stayed 2 days in Shanghai.. work was far too packed compared to my previous trip, hence, only managed to squeeze a little time off to visit TRY on my second night.

TRY really, really nothing to shout about... in fact, facilities similar to those in JB HC type... i was hoping for big and grand HC.. but nmind.. intention was not for the facilities any, they are just byproduct bonuses.. :P

Damn.. dunno i was conned or what, the boy/captain did not allow me to choose my gal.. said it was over 7pm, and no more parade available... i was not happy with the gal assigned to me, so i asked if i could pick a gal based on the no. He said ok, and i only had 38 in mind cos my friend tried the last time.. so ask for 38 and she's available..

When 38 came in, she immediately hugged me and stroke my groin.. wahpiang.. damn horry gal.. but look wise was far from my expectations.. at most a 6/10 to me, but figure still not bad.. min a C-D cup and good built... think she's also either late 20s or early 30s.. another minus point.. was thinking to myself.. damn.. bad choice this time.. should keep to fellow cheongsters's recommendation like 1 or 69.. something like that which i recalled.. but no choice already..

however, service was good.. proactive, horny, talked dirty all the time, various patterns of service and so on.. no wonder my friend full of praises for her.. more for the service than the looks.

So, after the session, tcss a little, went out to wash up, checked out and went back hotel to sleep (was already midnight...) This trip definitely not as exciting as my previous..

I remember the drink are expensive and drinking with you also expensive......If you said Babyface is expensive, wait till you go to othere places like Park 97 in FuXin Park. A bottle of Chivas in Babyface costs around RMB500, in Park 97, its around RMB980. At the end of the day, u may want to ask yourself what is your bottomline and what u want to acheive at the end of the evening.

I just came back from Kun Shang. Thanks to Shengge! We had very interesting night there. Yes, I have my fair bit of fun in Chengdu, the only problem is that my immediate superior is with me. Anyway, yesterday, after a dinner that ended at 8.00pm, I sent him back to the hotel, and went to a joint to meet a friend. Well, until about 10pm, nothing happened, and though of heading back to hotel. Then my friend alerted me to two ladies sitting at a table not far away. He said that we should try them, but he told me to converse amongst ourselves in English. Well, somehow, we went to sit together with them at their table, and started some conversation. All the while we continued to speak in English. These two ladies also tried their best. They said that they were thinking of going overseas and would like to practice their English (True of not? They looked like 26-28 years old ladies). Well, continued with the conversation, and my friend tried to help me to score by asking me questions about Paris. The experience that I have related to them caught their full attention.

The conversation continued, and it was about 12.30am. I was very lucky. One of them suggested that we could continue the conversation in another cafe. My friend was quite nice, and he took leave, so as the other lady (I suspect they have hit it out amongst themselves). Well, I suggested that we went back to my place for coffee. To my great surprise, she said yes. Well, back to my room, and the rest were routines the details of which are omitted. Sichuan girl had never failed to impressed me, a good session (especially this one which had a good pair of assets), but due to my age and tireness, I managed only one shot (how I wish I had the stamina of Bro Maverick72, and the charm of Bros Shengge and Junior). Another surprising thing was that she did not want to exchange numbers. She said that it was fun to be together without any string attached for a night. I agreed. The whole event was like a great surprise, as you know, I seldom or never scored in drinking joints these recent years as I am an UFO_Man. I think my Chengdu friend did a good job in setting things up.

She left at about 7.00 am to go back to change to go to work in her office. I was still in bed.

I am now going to pack and go to the airport soon to return to Singapore to face the reality again.

I will be back in Shanghai on 1 and 2 April 2005. We shall meet again,

I set out to write FR on bad experiences to share with fellow Samsters, especially the young ones, to warn them of any pitfalls or traps. This sort of incident is very hard to go by, also I must say it requires a lot of time and patient to achieve the ultimate goal. I sincerely congratulation on that, a very wonderful experience. Those hardworking one will always be rewarded.
Well the amplitude is a result of resonance, ultimately, there is another wave appeared........the pulse going at zero and peak, duration depends on individual.

I been to Judy's Too twice. The chinese girls are ok oni although I did find a looker. They are also slightly older and most of them used to work in Burbuon Street b4 there was some major disagreement and the newer and younger girls came in. They will ask you to buy drinks but ask for the cash instead. They ask for 60 each time but do not give them 100bills, the change never comes back. The girl will though. I was in HGH till Monday. Came back with a bad case of cold. Was caught in Snow without proper warm clothings.
It was like walking around with my pants down.
Anyway, I found a very nice tea house in HGH which I spent a night there drinking tea.

What a relief to hear from you, Bro ultra88man. We were worried about you as we did not hear from you for long long time. We understand that we could not always meet, but still friendship will remind us to worry about each other. I was with my immediate boss in Chengdu, and I fully understood the inconvenience assoicated with his presence.

About the episode in Chengdu. My local friend is a smooth talker and knew how to lead the conversation to something that the girls would be more interested. In my case, he managed to know that they like Paris and would like to know more. I think that night, he also scored, although he created all kind of reasons to leave me and the lady alone. There were many details that I did not write, but there were some small events and some resistance (do not know whether she pretended or not?). Trust me, it was not a piece of cake. I worked rather hard. Anyway, to be honest with you, this episode was the only ONS after three to four years (as I lack confidence since four years ago when I felt (still feel) that I was (still am) a UFO_Man). This kind of thing was purely by chance and with a lot of luck.

I shall be in Shanghai in the month of May 2005 for an extended period, I am sure we can meet.

As read from this site, I visited the bathhouse while I was in S'hai recently.
The place was not hard to find, pretty accessible from most S'hai locations.

Was ushered into the locker room, kept all my barangs in the lockers, took a quick shower, and was sent waiting in the TV room. About 10 minutes later, the attendant ushered me to a small, red-lit, room with a message table. A nice girl entered, and I did not choose to pick another one. Total package was 580 yuan, as mentioned by other brothers. It was good service for the no-hassle price. A happy customer I was.

Can say that you were told RMB600, forgotten the person to call. Same boss as the YPH.

As u mentioned herewith on setting up a pub in Kunshan, it's really a matter of where about u want it to be. As we all knew that Kunshan houses many Taiwanese community there so the locality of where u want to situate your pub is very critical. Next on the list for your consideration is the initial rental downpayment which is a big bulk of your initial investment. The local common practice is here is 3+3 or 3+2 months (3 months deposit + 2 or 3 months advance rental payment upfront), depending on your Lease Terms with the landlord. Be sure to be prepared with that bulk payment on the initial part of your set-up here which alot of foreign investors are not prepared for. Rental rates locally are charged by USD$ or RMB daily rates per day basis x total floor area x 365 days divide by 12 months = monthly rental.
As with regards to commercial premises, the floor area stipulated on the Lease Contract is the actual usable nett area & not any Gross floor area which include other public areas as practised by Residential premises so do take note on that.

Also, with the recent & still on-going hype on China's market boom, it will be alot of competitions one will face in the F&B biz here.

Last but not least, getting the public entertainment license & liquor license is also a big challenge! Having the right connections with the local authorities, Police, etc shall get one smoothly thru with all applications.....so do ensure that your local contacts are pretty sound & trustworthy on that matter.

Hi Guys...just returned from SH and have greatly benefitted from this forum. Posting my virgin post today to "hui kui she hui".

Five day trip...stayed at Pacific Luck Hotel...3 star but just renovated with 4 star furnishing. Clean and nice place room. Suite cost about 700rmb.

Spent 3 night at Ming Men KTV and called the mms Li wei, told them recommended by friend and was treated very well, told me all prices upfront, no surprise billings etc. About 400 gals on duty at any one night and quality quite good, gals there very pro at getting you emotionally hooked so pls be careful for newbies cheongsters.

Went twice to HC in hotel next door. Hengshen Penisular Hotel. 750rmb for set meal. Excellent service and ambience. Gals very shockingly pretty and seems to be built for pleasure. Cheong many years liao and one of the best bong here....

Overall, best experience in China after been to places like xiamen, guangzhou, kunming and donguan. Feel very safe to walk around even in the late evenings, early mornings.

Still, be careful when u're alone. Cheers.

Hi fellow brothers in SIN city.

Finally secure a permanent posting in Shanghai, ubt the problem is I'll be situated in Qingpu... Any brothers have any idea what sort of ulu place that is? any activities there.. any good place to rent for long term accomodation?

Would love to meet fellow sinners early mid May.

Haed that there r several saloons which offer relatively cheap HJs, BJs, etc in that area. Otherwise, its a dead area when night falls as I mentioned it's a industrial area with many many many many factories around.

anw since u mentioned motel 168, actually would the 1 in An Yuan road or the nearby 1 at Au Men road be better located? bcos the 1 at Au Men road seems to be nearer the MRT station so shld be busier n more convenient for eating etc??

thinking of going to shanghai frequently but always cant find a gd place to stay... last time i went a month back no choice stayed at a motel 168 in pudong wah kao quite far from everything.

The Motel 168 that I mentioned is located on An Yuan Road, 10 mins away from Portman Ritz Carlton hotel on Nanjing Xi Rd.

I note with amusement on the quietness of Shanghai thread, which has recently hit the 200 page mark. Are all of you into hybernation? Hahaha.. it is spring time. I could only assume that you all are working very hard in your job.

I am stuck in Euroland now! Helas! No Cheonging at all, as I have some big tasks to handle. My french staff are not that efficient, but very good in talking about social issues.

The pubs u mentioned along Julu Rd are mainly patronised by older AngMohs (blue collars angmohs, i.e. seaman, engineers,). Been there several occasions with afew of my older angmohs drinking kakis.

The quality of the FLs or gals along the street or within the pubs are nothing to yell about...a far cry in comparison to gals/ FLs along the pubs in Mao Ming rd and Tong Ren rd. The going rates for FLs along Julu rd is average at RMB 500-700 for a short time screw depending on your own negotiation.
From what I know, dun think they provide 'services' at the premises upstairs as u saw...

Many of the pubs there are also pretty 'run-down' in terms of ammenities & decor.

Nice to hear from you all again. Stuck in this Euroland without any favourite Sichuan Mei Mei makes me a dull Old Man. Anyway, I am very busy with the preparation of the Annual Board Meeting, and slept every night (alone lah!) at 11.00 pm and wake up at 5.00 am to prepare to come to work. sigh.... Sichuan Mei Mei, where are you.

I was in Shanghai for two nights with a big delegation and bosses on 1 and 2 April 2005. I managed to steal a night to see the Sichuan Mei Mei that you all saw during one of our outings at #1, Da Pu Lu. Had a good session with her and was a happy man until I have to come to this Euroland.

I will be in Shanghai from 14 to 22 May 2005, and will definitely like to meet up with you all for tea, TCSS, TRY, etc.... Hehehe... China, here I come.

I am happy that the thread is rev-ing up again, thanks to all of your support, SGP, JC, nongho. Where is Shanghaitan, Shengge?

Please excuse me all my sing bros. I really enjoyed reading all these SH postings with great amusement.

I've only been here for less than 3 yrs but I think my opinion of the entire scene cannot be that bad. There's no such thing as better or best, they are all the same. Its just what we always simply called "packaging", that’s all.

The Up-Market joints obviously commands the higher value service because they are well packaged. But the gals are sleazier and play hard but they make you pay hard by your balls. The mid and lower joints might not appeal in terms of packaging but their service can rival the latter and can be even more enjoyable. You see, the ambience sets the motion in most cases.

Judging from the service quotation you mentioned, it makes me feel that you're obviously thinking and paying Sing$ instead of RMB. Not any long termed "ALEX" in SH will pay RMB500 for a ST when its only RMB200-300. So, please, start correcting your mindset and reset your calculator to Chinese abacus and start thinking and breathing Chinese Yuan or you're gonna screw the very market where you are screwing.

Mao Ming is no longer the hang out place as most had been relocated to Jing Ann Area. And the new location really sucks.

Julu Rd is not just a blue collar area for AngMoh. But its a fun place to hang out, have fun and carry out our chores. Just pick the right joint and there are only 2 good ones there. However, there’s 1 point which I agree totally on what said…don't be deceived by "premise upstairs". Well, its actually just another ordinary level where you can party in privacy if you’re shy, that’s all.

Now, perhaps here's the part where I hope I can be of some contribution to you guys. Sometimes, its wise to play act a bit. Be cool, just sit, get yourself a drink, pick your gals, chat, joke, play with her, buy her 1 or 2 drinks (@RMB40), exchanged numbers (make sure you test her number) and go home (if you cannot tahan, go to the barber and jerk it off for that night). Trust me, you're not just gonna get one night screw for free after that night but you’re gonna get yourself her long-termed membership at your disposure for free. If you repeat this modus operandi every time and everywhere, you will end up with a long list of gals at your disposure, at your pleasure.

Well, its up to you guys. Really, if I am you, I won't end up paying that kind of good money (RMB500) every day for the rest of my tenure in China. I rather spend this good money, have dinner with you guys together and laugh off at them.

My conclusion is...please guys, do not misconstrued my good intentions. If I sounded cocky or rude, I apologise. But ultimately, I just want to share and hopefully, everyone here can benefit from my humble knowledge in SH.

Thank you for remembering someone like me... like I said before, I am but a speck of sand in the desert... insignificant... thank you so much for your kind thoughts.

I'm now back in Shanghai after the company's management meeting in Singapore. Came back with a lot of things that needs looking into, therefore I could not contribute to the thread. Well, come to think of it, as I have extremely limited "exposure" to the wilder sides of life in China, I don't have juicy and valuable information for our brothers here. No adventures and FRs to contribute...

Having been here for over 5 years, I am feeling extremely out of place... I don't feel that I belong in Singapore, where the famiily is, and I know I will never "belong" in China. This identity crisis is tearing me apart... hahahaha...and for personal reasons, I am like bro SGP... starting to loath most Chinese in general. Things I see everyday happening around me... Chinese people I have to associate with.. guess they're slowly wearing me down... as is my job... sigh... maybe I need a long break to recharge and find myself once again...

Perhaps I'm approaching a cross road in my life... or perhaps I'm getting old... I don't really know anymore...

How I envy you, Bro Junior Cannibal, Bro Ultraman, Bro Whambam, Bro Maverick, Bro Shengge and the rest of the veterans in China for the unlimited supply of energy and not to mention virility... hehehehe....

To all new bros coming to Shanghai or China, do make the most of your time here... enjoy yourself to the fullest but (sorry for being naggy, guess I'm really getting old. hahahaha).. play safe and be mindful at all times... things are usually not what they seem in China... better be safe than sorry... learn to doubt more and you'll probably be much better off should it turn out otherwise... don't end up losing more than you gain..

I am touched by your response to my enquiry on your whereabout. You are overly humble. Even a big machine needs a small screw to hold an important component in place. Everyone is of equal importance to me. I know you because you are a human being, not because you are someone in an organisation. Ultimatly, everyone, when stripped down to the birthday suiit is the same.

I understand your feeling. For my 10 over years of dealing with the Chinese, although not as often as you do, has also won me down. However, I still find energy because my tasks are mainly to start, to handle or to solve problems (shit collector job) for my company. As everyone of them is different, I find challenge in what I do. I have to work all over the place, as far as Lanzhou, as South as Xiamen, as North as Harbin, and of course in Beijing and Shanghai, where my main business is found. Easy said, I have also been more or less worn down by the dealing with the local chinese.

You cannot be older than me. It is all in the mind. You know very well, I always try to act young, and do what the young men could do, of course, to a less vigorous extent.

I shall be leaving Euroland this weekend and back to Singapore for a Board Meeting on my Centre in Paris. I shall then rest for two weeks, before I go back to China again.

I sincerely look forward to see you in Shanghai in May 2005 again.

Like many bro here, I have got a lot of useful information here and have benefited pretty much. What I have done here basically relay the information of the places that those bros here have ventured to. Like bro Shanghaitan, I am just a small peck of sand on the beach.

I am glad to see there are many Shanghai newies fun here and especially most of them are veteran in the field.

Bro Shanghaitan, there is nothing to envy about me lah! I only know a little about Shanghai dialect that you can also speak very well. Beside that, prob those known about me have already started to worry about me....right, bro PTR? :D

As I do not have much ventures and encounters here, I really do not have much to write. I think those veterans should be seen over here more often than I do.

You have some interesting stories over here that I enjoy reading. You can see from my previous posting mainly about the HCs, and I got the info from fellow bros posts. As for TRY, I went with my customer, he found the place too run-down, so I stopped going there.
Last night we went to a KTV at Nanjing, called the 6th Avenue [第六大街], a very huge place with stage performance. I tried to ask for Sichuan gal but they all were snatched up already. As usual, I do not have the sexual appeal like you do :p ...so hotel alone.
You can see, I got nothing much to offer.... :(

I know what you can offer to write about, okay! I like the mei mei you were with when we were in Kunshan man, especially after you have shown me the photograph.

I glad the see the thread is alive again. I enjoy to great extent, the well crafted posting of Shanghaitan with his well polished English, and your comical way and "commando style" of writing (hitting people any where...Hahahaha). Another brother, Junior Cannibal, should be contributing, he had so much to tell, and we are the privileged few to have heard his narrative version of the FR. It is nice to see SGP not writing much, as I am sure he is busy with his business, which is good for him. Sincerely, I am glad that his buisness is now on very good track. It is not easy to do business in Shanghai. I worked my brain out for the company that I setup in Shanghai, and I tasted the *&^%#&$* from the local Chinese.

Leaving the cold and wet Euroland tomorrow for home, and looking forward to it. As at least, I can go to our local joint to enjoy the "small China" environment and hopefully can get one Sichuan Mei Mei.

Wah, Brother Shengge is also looking for Sichuan MM, I am not sure whether I should be blamed for this as I preach about the good parts of Sichuan MM. The one whom I met and Bro WhamBam had shown interest, is still after me. Believe it or not, the last session with her was FOC, but as usual, I slipped into her purse for what she was worth. I'm sure I'll enjoy the badminton game later in the evening as my hands are itching for it for the longest time. My lifestyle in China is way too unhealthy... need to exercise or I'll never be able to destress.

Contrary to what you think, my colleagues are mostly male and none from Sichuan for that matter. And even if all my colleagues are MMs from Sichuan, nothing will happen as I don't believe in eating and shitting in the same place. Not wise and will inevitably lead to unnecessary complications. I have fired a couple of them for getting into office relationships. It's not healthy for companies and is even worse for little companies such as the one I'm working for...

Oh well... perhaps others will not agree with my views but it is something that I feel I'm entitled to enforce in our workplace. I've seen office relationships creating much havoc to once harmonious working environments so I'm not ready to take such a risk. Maybe I'm just getting "old" and becoming more and more conservative.. hahahaha... Whatever the case, that's just my personal view.. no hanky panky within the office.

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to the game... it's making me feel energetic and full of anticipation, something I have not felt in quite a while..

went to TRY this afternoon (my 1st time), got there @12:45pm, 15 min before its official open time. asked for #66 (no more working there already, heard she got married), asked for #818 (too early, not there yet). the recep told me got new veg, asked me to go in first.

A small group of SG clients came to town a few days ago and I took them to 3 KTVs on 3 consecutive nights. I'm still recovering from it all but I'd like to share some info with samsters here; primarily in respect of Tian Shang Ren Jian. The brief FRs are merely in chronological order - and have no other significance.

1) LING YANG HAI TAN at 58 Dapu Road
This is not a high-end joint; the decor is nice enough though not grand and pretentious - there're more than 60 rooms here. The mamasan (a "friend") took care of us rather well and (this isn't the only place which does it) covered our expenses above the minimum room rate so that we ended up paying just the minimum. In the middle of the evening, our assigned waitress came to me to ask if we wished to "control" our expenses. I asked her what she meant and she replied that 2 of our hostesses ordered some food. Although I told her that was fine with us, the waitress patiently recited the food order (without my asking) and suggested a reduction of the servings. I readily agreed.
Min. room rate: RMB1,080.00 (5 pax)
Tips: RMB300 each (standard)
Quality of hostess: Good (but as usual, go early)

2) TIAN SHANG REN JIAN
This place, known to several regular samsters here, wasn't on my itinerary because of the poor reviews. However someone in our group wanted to give it a try (his friend gave him a mamasan's contact) and off we went. The decor wasn't as grand as I'd expected (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) but the girl-quality wasn't as high as I'd expected either (which is essentially not a good thing). It took us a long time to pick acceptable companions. Service was disappointing and I had no alternative but to take them to task - although the mamsan apologised, the impression I got was that she didn't give a damn. In brief, my complaints were as follows:-
a) Unlike other joints, there were 2 waitresses per room; however, there were several occasions when neither of them were present in the room.
b) The girls would leave the room to answer phone calls or whatever reason and take ages to return. They'd leave without even having the basic courtesy of informing us.
c) The mamasan merely drank a toast with us at the beginning of the evening and never returned until I summoned her to voice my displeasure. In other words, she didn't take care of us (which, pardon me if I'm wrong, is her job isn't it?).
Min. room rate: RMB1,800.00 (5 pax)
Quality of girls: Disappointing
Overall: Not recommended.

3) JIN SE DA DI at 1148, Changshou Road
This joint is reputedly the largest KTV in Asia. There're a few different categories of girls (hence different prices); grouped not just according to quality of appearance but also according to type of service/attire. On the 5th level are girls dressed in traditional Chinese slips (sorry I can't remember what they're called), miniskirts and nothing else. The tip is RMB500. Mamsan is a bubbly, nice lady who'd take care of you and take into account your wishes/desires.
Min. room rate: RMB2,080 (5 pax, rate varies according to chosen category)
Tips: RMB300 to RMB500 (depends on chosen category)
Quality of girls: Good to delicious

Don you know, taxi driver money is very hard earn money, we take people for a ride only for RMB10~50, mostly two digits. While they take us for a ride 3 digits leh. Certainly have to ask for discount lah.
My customer also said 817 nice but by the next time I went with him (about 5-6 weeks later), she has already gone for good. So taxi driver is always very 'ko mia'!
It is good to see that many bros are sharing their experience, hopefully we can see at least one or two from bro j_c out of mutli gega byte storage room....hahaha!

You can get the pre-paid cards from some of the convenience stores or some phone card stalls along the street. From China mobile or China Unicom, compare the two, on roaming, extra credit and etc.

You can get a pre-paid card from anywhere. But if you're afraid of getting ripped off, you can try any metro (MRT). Almost all stations sell China Mobile or China Unicom card.
Problem with pre-paid SIM card is that you can SMS overseas, but may not be able to call overseas. You can easily get over this by buying another IP card (Voice Over IP) card that allows you to call overseas, but not SMS overseas.
Go check out the wide range of functions and mix and match as it suits you.
