Bro thanks for the kind advice....I'm aware of it....yes Insomia disco is just besides I-bar ( same owner also) and customer have to walk up the staircase to 2nd floor.
U are also correct...one of the partner is a high ranking police officer n that is why they can open until 8.00am in the morning.
Once in a blue moon they will close early as per normal if bkk higher ranking metro police comes down to pattaya to do spot check.
In pattaya not only the police carries gun....the local mafia,russian n german marfia also does that.
But in pattaya walk there are underworld rules to protect their business n interest.......besides those thai working there....all male thais are not allow into any of the establishment or any gogo joint.
This is to prevent any thai b/f from getting jealous or finds their g/f or wife working there thus giving alot or problem.
The last thing they want is for the media to highlight that a tourist was shot or killed.Then bkk will come n starts to pressure them or starts posting senior officer to inactive post due to their inefficiency.
The whole pattaya police dept never forget the headache n pressure they received from bkk when 2 russian prostitute was shot dead in the beach after midnight in 2006.

In my last trip, my flight landed on Suvanraboom Airport at 1:30 am due to a delay in Tokyo Narita. Money changers were still open at that time and I got the bahts. There was no problem for me buying a Thai SIM card in the airport at that wee hour either. By 3:30 am I had been eating noodle soup at soi 5 in sukhumvit, then then looked for a freelancer to keep me warm in the bed. The selection of course sucked at 4:00 am.

Yes bro,i arrived around their time 10.45pm and counter at the Thai Commercial Bank,purple color one,in front of the 'chop' passport is still open.Rates are at 23.4baht/ 1 sgd dollar now.

Come to think of it, the AV is doing a major clean-up of Geylang and obviously they will implement more checks and stops at the airports as well. So if you are planning to "import" any Vietnamese dishes at this moment, its better to postpone it till further notice.

Sometimes you see the way these Viet girls dress and carry themselves. If I'm the immigration officer I'll also bar them from entering because my superior will be watching closely! No offence to any bros here.

Secondly these girls usually travel by budget airlines. That's ok but they usually don't have proper hotel reservations. Don't tell me the girl is going to tell the immigration officer that she's staying at Geylang or Onan Road condo apartment. Sure kena reject! Usually they'll circumvert by finding some carrothead to make use of by asking the immigration officer to call their SG ong xa. :rolleyes: If the girl comes in with proper tour group booking I'm sure there's no reason they'll be barred from entering.

Almost fool proof way of entering is to draw up a business letter with company letterhead for your Viet girl to enter if you own a business or company. Dress in office attire. S$2000 and above cash on hand to show. Most importantly must speak English otherwise how to convince people you're doing "business" in SG? :D

Too bad for those who come in with Viet, PRC, Thai, etc passports. You don't see the "discrimination" with US, UK, Japan, etc passport holders. End of the day ICA gets the final say!

• Heard they spend time exploring all the MPs in the Rachadapisek area….!
• Meet up after my meeting which is almost lunch time now…..at Robinson MK Suki….my favourite but unfortunately I already had my lunch with my boss of which I had meeting with.
• Seize that time to do some shopping for me kids…to shown my HM back home that I am a busy doing shopping for the family…..buy quite a lot…4-5K , as I just grab a few for my daughter and a few for my son….( I bought all the wrong sizes…KNS) as it is a hurried job!

Yo bros! I'm on Day 2 of my hols here. Reached BKK yest morn. Went to complete my shopping list (rather...OC's shopping list) so that I can enjoy the remaining of my 3 days here. Anyway, after all the shopping, went back hotel, slept, and then headed for Angel Massage at 6pm. Not much of a crowd, and ended up w a big range of girls to choose from. Chose Pan, who is not bad, but really, the room sucks big time. Old and tired.

After that, called Bro Moonlight to go SC. I really wanna thank Bro Moonlight for the baptism of initiation in the Agogo scene. It was great fun with him yest. Went to Barcara to look see, had a drink and headed for Rawhide. LIke I told him, I think he is a regular there. All the mamasans seem to know him and we do get some perks as well. Bought a gal a couple of LDs, but was not interested in BF cos I was quite tired. But she was damn fun and pretty, and I believe Bro Moonlight will agree, and I told her i will BF on Monday before I fly back on tues. Was a little awkward at first because of my very very limited Thai, and her very very limited English). But things got going better after the first drink. Between the 2 places, I think Rawhide is better. At least the gals are friendlier, and place is not as hyper, and drinks are cheaper. WE spend a few hours there, bought dunno how many drinks, and ended up with only about 1600bht in total.

So, before I sign off for Day 1, many thanks for Bro Moonlight again! Yes big group does not equal to economies of scale when it comes to cheonging/logistics. Time is precious = $$$.

Cheonging in a group can be a big headache when it comes to splitting the bill. Unless someone expressively says he's picking up the tab.

When I first cheong into the BKK scene, just cheong alone with no actual guidance, except extracting important information from "BBK Survival Guide" written by great SB bros in here! :D This also helped me to have one of my best encounters in BBK (A bit sad again, thinking back cos she just disappear from the BBK scene. But all the best for her!).
Of course, some stuff also learnt the hard way as well as being "chopped" like a carrot head too. Can't really imagine those newbies can just walk off without paying (Bro Pearl's encounter) and treat the other bros like idiots :mad:.

Was hoping for better luck, but settled down for 2nd best, number 88. Double digits are rumored to be popular girls, but doesn't really match up for my taste, as she is too tanned.
