Nearly June...and you have not come up with anything that can improve operational efficiency.....

i travel in the most efficient way i can find and plan my travel beforehand. Starting from getting the right girl of my choice,to the aftermath of having to revitalizing myself if my body went overhaul,hehehe...but even with the most perfect planning,things will cock up too. And if it ever cock up,what are my leftover alternatives. So each step i took were mostly under careful consideration. My Plan B.

I am doing things that would make things easier for myself in my current and future trips as i often cross reference my own collective info whereby 90% of it all were all on my signature links.

To date,besides adding more new things (info),i am also trying to enhance them,hehehe...making it even more simpler and easy for myself to understand.

Honest advise here,most entertainment will open late and/or close early during Ramadan month. Some wont even open at all. It really depends on how and where the Batam authorities wish to raid on that month of June (it happens very frequently every Ramadan every year). Example,if a bro tells you go to Newton disco to look for girls,then if that particular day or before there is a raid,then ta da! They might not be open at all or open late. So my guess is,not many can correctly answer you.

Its at most time there and then when you are there in Batam during those time,can you better understand the situation. Hence bros here will often update information when they were physically there at that point of time to ask readers to avoid certain place on that particular day or shares certain place/s still open etc.

Not too sure about this koeropoek food court as I'm quite annoyed by the top up system style food court in batam. Hence, usually I don't take a second look at it s for this time as the interior design of the place caught my attention.

Anyway in batam my favourite food is nasi goreng, bako mee, la'ksa and mie pansit. Others only occasionally a meal or two in the entire trip.

By the way, skip the game zone (arcade, Donno what is the exact name) at the cinema level. I know some might like to play the shooting fish game for gift/$$ , just wanna share that this place earn super high commission.

This is the way it works, you buy coin ranging from 1k rupiah to 1 juta ++++ (imagine you topped up 500k, and after sometime of playing, you have 800k worth of points and can be exchange for cigarette which can be sold to the agent hanging around there..

Per cigarette pack (in 10) cost 190k worth of points, this pack of cigarette can be exchanged for only 150k to the agent (market price =155k-158k) which mean for every pack of cigarette you exchanged you lost 40k in profits.. by the way it is sampoerna red cigarette.

Back to the fiction story, you have 800k worth of points which can only change 4 packs cigarette with a balance of 40 token (800k- (190kx4) =40 token, 1k per token). After rhe exchange you will have 600k cash and 40 token from the actual 800k that you should have won.. Most gaming place pay you 1 slot of cigarette in exchange of 160k worth of point. They earn 2 to 5k from each exchange unlike these in the malls.. However these are the one that can still be operating under legal licence whereas those operating outside are all closed for business (some are caught/raid, some are laying low, maybe reopen after puasa).

The main point is, play for fun only in the mall and don't expect to win.. The odds there are definitely with them , it's harder to win than you play in the casino.

Reason is simple,if somone remove it,they get reposted again later by another ALT forum acct or simply register a new acct to do so. Last weekend at Ramayana and Nagoya Hill, dislike BCS as mainly occupied by the aunties. Didn't see any inspection stickers in Nagoya Hill (they somemore added 4 new betting machines which is common in Malaysia, i guess this place paid really lots of kopi money as the machines was all along there. Tried the loklok outside luck star hotel (New) the road before top 100 peniun. The shop open after 6.30 pm indo time, selections less than 30, they will deep fry first and then bbq (comes with 3 types of chili, no boiling like steamboat style. Total damage for 10 sticks of various combination is 116k rp, which the average of per stick = 11.6k rp. It's halal. May not return as i find the ones in Malaysia taste way better.

Side note: the breakfast at lucky star hotel is on rooftop as well, cost is much cheaper than biz hotel, quality of room i do not know but it looks new from outside and the lobby is impressive enough.

The ice kacang desert came first when its suppose to be the last after your meals. What to do.....
When I order 4 bowl of soup, only 1 came. You need to keep reminding them about it. Seems they duno what we order also. Language barrier.
They will serve the dishes and rice come last. It makes you stare at the food for some time until you irritated and ask them to serve the rice. Hahaha

We order drunken prawn and we were disappointed. The prawn look like ikan bilis, quite small actually. In fact I have never seen big prawns in batam before. So while eating, the flies were loitering around our food. The prawn dont look fresh and flies everywhere. Just as expected, we had diaharrea after that. Never mind, we didnt bother to give it a 2nd chance again. LOL :D

I remember at Wey Wey Seafood there was a customer complaining to the waiter when he serve the prawns. He was asking for big prawn and it came quite small. All the other places also about the same. Tried quite a few and disappointed. Maybe I didnt go batam often enough to discover big prawn ahaha...

Ya, they cover here and there when you try to touch them. They sit quite far from you so that your hands can't reach to touch them. Once you stretch your hand over, they will cover up. I only get lucky at Delta and Octopuss Spa.

TIPS of the Day :
Must learn to be smart, dont be a carrot. The massage package is inclusive of a HJ as told by the GRO. So by right the masseus have no right to ask for additional $$ inside the room. Went to Batam for a short 2D1N trip last weekend.

A few points to take note and share

Yes,Zest is a nice new hotel near to Harbour Bay. There are pros and cons of course. If one plans properly their trip to conquer its cons,it can easily be a good hotel to stay in. I mean since everything in that hotel were close to brand new,cant be all bad.

2. All transport is done by my regular driver, had a total of 7 drives (including girl pickup), paid him 250k as per normal.

Yea,moving in and out of Harbour Bay,the driver need to pay the 2k toll parking fee for every entry,hehehe...

3. Took girl from Bunga for 1.25mil (original was 1.3mil). First time taking from this joint, proven to be the joint with most girls in Batam. Didn't really have any problem with the girl, she even does BBBJ, which like what quite a few bros have mentioned is hard to find.

5. Batamfast is a decent ferry service. Can find discounted vouchers online (Caro***ll) unlike Horizon which is hard. The only downside is just like mentioned a few pages back, less timings to choose from.

Noted. Long time didnt take Batamfast ferry liao,maybe got chance can also give a try...and i think i will like it becos can smoke,hehehe...

Those are the few points I want to bring up.
Next time I'm going again actually tempted to finally stay at Formosa, and maybe not get any girl from joint, but rather go around the massages and taking it easy

If you stay in formosa,the places you go to...will be closer to hotel.

Any Bros has any recommendation for Spa's for couples? I've been to 'The Spa Secret' opposite Nagoya Hill Mall once, really good and affordable. I paid something like 680k for 2hr session.

Most of them has couple room. I dont recommend due to man's meat and poison theory but Majestic Spa and Sakura Spa has so far garner quite a handful of positive comments from trip advisor. (disclaimer : i have never tried them before)

Yes , tried marine seafood. Not hygenic next to a big smelly drain.
When I go with 4 of my friends, i wonder why they light up candle. Then after that i realise there is a lot of houseflies. Not 1 or 2, its a swarm of abt 10 flying around the table. We order drunken prawn and we were disappointed. The prawn look like ikan bilis, quite small actually. In fact I have never seen big prawns in batam before. So while eating, the flies were loitering around our food. The prawn dont look fresh and flies everywhere. Just as expected, we had diaharrea after that. Never mind, we didnt bother to give it a 2nd chance again. LOL :D

I remember at Wey Wey Seafood there was a customer complaining to the waiter when he serve the prawns. He was asking for big prawn and it came quite small. All the other places also about the same. Tried quite a few and disappointed. Maybe I didnt go batam often enough to discover big prawn ahaha...

Try Batu Besar rezeki for better seafood. Most old timers will know. Reasonable pricing n very good seafood

Without further ado, here's My First FR.

This was a visit way back last Saptember 2015. It was my first time and after reading about 500 pages and especially after repeatedly reading bro nono's guides. I think I was ready to go. I already prebooked an executive room with balcony at Harmony Suites thru Agoda. Reached Batam Centre at about 12pm and got a taxi to head to the 'hotel'. Meanwhile, I've already prepared mentally that I should lower my expectations by half. I'm around the mid 20s mark, so my expectations was worrying me especially when I arrived, there were just makciks in tudungs everywhere. So while I was on the way to the hotel, the driver asked if I wanted cewek and of course I said YES! Excited and clueless all I told him was that bring me anywhere as long as it is not Morena.(As mentioned in the guide that the place isn't newbie friendly.)

About twenty minutes later, we reached to this place called Bunga Massage. My first reaction was damn, of course he brought me to the most expensive joint as said on the guide. But as i felt totally open to try anything that day and didn't want to be a hassle. I checked it out anyway. There were about 25 girls, mostly not ready. Some were still in bras and many were halfway thru their makeup. The ones that were ready sat in a line(about 10 of them) and I just chose whoever was smiling back at me when I did. After we were done with lunch, massage and getting all the neccessities. We head back to the hotel and called the girls to come over. They came directly to our rooms within 20 minutes later. When they came I was surprised that she looked much better than when I first met her and I couldn't wait to bonk already. I offered her something to drink and we had the typical icebreaker. About a few moments later, she closed the connecting room door and started kissing and hugging. The smell of her perfume makes my legs soft. :D I cannot take it already and she started undressing. So I think this would be a good info for all the bros out there cheonging for the next time you decide to pick a girl. Hence why, I am sharing it with you guys.

Roughly,theres about 4 categories of girls in Batam. Well, according to the market that is.
1) The SYTs
The highest demand, age ranging between 18 - 26. The price can range between 1.4m - 1.8m irregardless of experience. The younger they are, the more expensive they'll be. Most runaway girls also comes from this category as many are very pampered. In some cases, the reason could be as simple as that they do not understand english and find it hard to connect with the other party.

2) The Semi MILFS
The only difference compared to the SYTs is that this category is slightly older. And why semi? Is because they are not married or have given birth before. They are valued at a higher price depending on their experience. The price can be between 1.1m - 1.4m depending on their experience and looks. Some of them look younger than they actually are so OKTs while try to charge them at an SYT price if they feel that you are a newbie.

3) The Mums
Safe to say that 65% of the girls there are in this category. Regardless of age, anyone that has given birth before belongs in this category. Their prices ranges between 700k - 1.3m. This depends on how many times they have given birth, their age, physicality and their years of experience. Theres many factors in this hence the bigger price range.

4) The Veterans
The least demanded of them all. These ladies usually have 5 years+ experience on their belt and are over 40s. They are priced from 600k and below. Most of them only appears on weekends or booked and shared by several men at one time(several shops allows this at a certain price). I was warned to never ever book them even if I was looking for cheap thrills as they have the highest chance to get STDs.

Its kind of funny how this place runs their business. The Receptionist sees a young guy and then intro a much older lady to the customer. Now i see why they keeps having not much business. So,my suggestion is go there once...get to know the receptionist on how many girls are working there. I move about in Batam with a scooter everytime I'm there.
If u go in a group, rent a car for about $25 a day.

You need to use their card (like kopitam card) in order to buy which could be a nuisance. Before you leave, you need to return the card to collect back your deposit and whatever balance in the card, else the card will expire in a month's time which and become totally useless.

Reminds me of the 1st time i got angry in Batam with this type of restaurant when my card expires. Well,unless someone pays for me,i doubt i will be returning to eat there however good and cheap the food will be. I did a count and realize i actually have to pay more when i eat and when the card expires later.

So,its called Cardinal Lucky Star Hotel in full,hehehe...this hotel looks like a transformer lighting at night. One small question i need to ask,if i were to stay in that hotel,will i be taking the free breakfast at the roof top? or somewhere else? (i mean each night of stay usually comes with free breakfast right?)

Not sure about others,but on a personal scale of having been to Octopuss Spa 5 times,i have not encounter this issue before. All of them allowed me at least a top roaming,3 of them allow full roaming (top and bottom),2 allows only top roaming,non stripped however (unless pay extra which is still negotiable). Not even friends and bros from this forum who joined me encountered this mentioned issue before too.

However,i need to note here that all the girls i have had a massage in Octopuss Spa has been tipped 50k,only once due to not knowing a HJ was inclusive in Octopuss spa,i bargained and later give the massage girl 100k and that was my 1st visit to Octopuss. (i think i have written it in one of my summary before)

I move about in Batam with a scooter everytime I'm there.
If u go in a group, rent a car for about $25 a day.

I have been looking at your question for a long time and was trying to figure out how to answer them. So i try putting myself in your question and then i have 2 options.

1st,i wanted Jacuzzi,and then i wanted couple massage (i had couple massage almost all the time when in batam,minus the Jacuzzi). And a reasonable price.

2 options i got.

1st option with a higher price will be KTM Resort at Sekupang.The spa os call Spa Villa. They do have couple massage,but at a higher price tag. I got there before and their selling point is more on a romantic ambiance :

But do note that if you planned to have hanky panky,people who drives their boats around MAY see you,hehehe...so do be a bit discreet (believe me,boats dont drive by much). Oh,i forgot,the price above is excluding room at the resort. It should cost about S$50 if you get your room from Kaha or about S$60 if you get from online hotel booking site.

The 1st option was a more expensive one,2nd one should be cheaper but w/o the Ocean view ambiance,hehehe...what i did was...stay in a Hotel WITH a Jacuzzi. I picked Biz Hotel Junior Suite. I order 2 simple massage from the hotel to room for massage and later had a jacuzzi time with my girl. (Jacuzzi is in the toilet and toilet has a TV)

Cost of Junior suite room 670k rupiah from Kaha.

Cost of basic Massage (Bayou massage) :

200k to 350k rupiah each person unless you order treatment,which will cost even more.

I actually have a 3rd option,but i think this will require some PR skills,so i shall leave it out as not to confuse things.Anyway,the 1st option will cost me roughly about S$350 per night stay and the 2nd one about S$300.Option 1 ,i will drop at Sekupang Ferry Terminal,option 2 i drop off at Harbour Bay. Hopefully the traffic polisi in btm wn't be treating tis kind of bike like a reg motorbike & start "fining" the foreign e-bikers in btm with no helmet on wen ramadan is ard the corner. :)

Come to tink of it,a fairly gd ebike cost as much as a reg motorbike in btm (ard 20juta) & owning a motorbike on the btm road require the rider to have a dn't-knw-wat cert tat cost abt 2.7 juta and another licensing plate fee of abt 3.6 juta. Hw do i knw? Bcs a bro who stay in btm won a motorbike 3mths+ ago in 1 of the jackpot gaming ctr lucky draw tat were currently shut dwn by the btm authority. :D

Do share updates if u decide in bringing ebike over after u return.
(can cut back on using ojek if tis work out :p)

This trip was relatively quite unlike the other trips i had before becos it was initialed by a friend 1st before i decide to pick on the date to go. So i count myself as just a follower instead of an organizer.

The trip begins with a little hiccups. We were all suppose to meet at x time at Harbour Front but only one turn up. There were suppose to be 4 of us going in this trip,the other 2 seems to have forgotten...but base on my understanding of this friend (1 of the 2),he isnt those irresponsible kind. So i go take the ferry w/o the 2 and later found out they actually took a ferry ahead of us to reach Batam and stayed in another hotel which we initialed planned to stay in.

Reason is simple,he brought along a newbie,a 1st time Batam visitor which he feels he didnt wish to drag all of us down. Most of us in this trip were somehow experience-enough when it comes to Batam and all of us were there to experience together and to learn from each other,hence we got ourselves divided up for a bit to help newbie catch up and understand the scene better.

So now,we have a group of 4 pax divided by 2. Its a 3D2N trip. Newbie will be staying for 2D1N,and my friend will be coming over my hotel on the 2nd night stay. So this arrangement has been fixed.

Upon touching down Harbour Bay,as usual...we head over 1st to change money opposite Formosa. My 1st group of friend change thousands in Sin$ at 9690/SGD,my friend and i changed the same at S$300 for the same price,hehehe...my other friend with with me,together we changed S$600. At this point,the 1st group and myself hasnt see each other yet. But we were suppose to meet later to go cewek-shopping together.

The usual,change money,head to Kaha,grab room voucher and then proceed to hotel to check in. Room not ready,we left our bags there and then head for brunch at the Meximo Pub want tan mee.

As usual,the noodles was good blah blah blah and we manage to finish our noodles within mins (the usual 3 min eating speed,hehehe...),head over back to hotel to check in to one of our room 1st becos the other 1 one isnt ready ;before merging the 2 groups together to go cewek-shopping,hehehe....

At this point of time,i knew...a few bros were already in Batam,hehehe...15th May 2016. So many of them were staying in Formosa Hotel. (i knew at least half a dozen of them inside it)

During checking in my 1st room,i learned that Formosa Hotel will be ending its contract with Kaha on 22nd May 2016. To be exact,after the end of their contract,they will not be extending the contract anymore. So in my next trip,i need not go to Kaha to get room vouchers if i want to stay in Formosa. Other hotel's voucher still available tho.

Here's the information i wish to keep in record on this summary :

Formosa is now offering FREE membership to all their clients (i think should be all) Below photo shows its privileges but please skip the part where you need to pay 400k and get the 450k voucher tho.

Let's make some comparison here.

Kaha current price for Deluxe room is 475k for weekdays and 525k for weekends.

Formosa Free Membership offers 460k for weekdays and 510k for weekends. So it is cheaper. On top of it,each night entitles a guest 10 points,and upon accumulation of 150 points,guest get a free night stay. And a free upgrade to silver membership. There are some % discount from Vienna Restaurant,Tea Story,and Alishan KTV too,but i guess thats not important becos not many really goes there and Alishan KTV also give customer the same discount as of the member discount w/o being a member,so that part would be a total crap to me,hehehe...

Only setback is,its a promo. So the pricing may change from time to time. I argue about the pricing with them,citing that Biz and Da Vienna Hotel offers much better room rates with better newer rooms. Gave them the pricing of some other hotel rates and tell them their prices were "way too high" if i were to make an apple to apple comparison. I asked for a better price. As in,"my price"...i mean since i am pretty much regular there and i used Formosa like a school for Batam newbies (or 1st timers).I believe they should offer me some premium pricing/offers for the newbies who are with me and myself too.

Like i say before,whatever good price i got,i dont pocket it like a commission thingy. I dont wish to share it openly in public either,but the people with me pays only what the hotel ask for and that is their price,a supposingly good price if one compares apple to apple (which i often ask bros to make comparison with before their trip).

As for the collected points,every 150 points entitled a member a night of free stay and every night stay gives me 10 points. This trip i have 3 person i knew using my name to get the room and another 1 more coming on a later date, also using my name. And guess how many points i will be earning. I checked and double checked with the hotel recpeionist and their manager,i only get 10 points for all the above. They only counted in the points for the room i stayed in,so irregardless i have how many people joining me,i still ONLY get 10 points per night stay. And i have to be there in person in order to clock those points. Which also means if i have a dozen friends who use my name to book the hotel,i dont earn those points and i can only earn points for the room i stayed in per night. Again,no extra earning on clocking points to earn free stay and please dont believe what i say here,check and double check with the reception manager.

Ok,back to after checking in and meeting up the other 2 friends who came from another hotel. We start cewek-shopping....

Cant remember the sequence,we go thru New Berry,Gold Bird (aka Sedona),Bunga,Hawaii and Happy 8. New Berry has like 15 girls....yes,i remember someone saying there were on less than 5 girls on a wrong timing,and gold Bird has like 15 girls too. Bunga about 20 over girls and Happy 8 about 30 plus. We got 2 from New Berry becos my friend wish to test water due to the fact he didnt had a good trip the last time round. Ah Beng (or ah peng) from ex Gold Bird moved to Hawaii and due to his strong recommendation,we took another one there. Newbie bro too a 19 year old SSYT from Bunga,hehehe... (yes,she was a super sweetie in looks and i believe 19 years old is young enough,hehehe...)

Next,we headed over to Altalanta. If this trip is planned by me,i wont be going there,but well...they say go and since i am a follower in this trip...i just follow along,hehehe...and i learned a few tricks from the seniors too.

What kind of tricks,you may ask. Well,all i can say is if i normally pays 150k for HJ and 300k for FJ in an upscale men's spa like Altalanta. Then they are actually paying lower than me and yet still the girls were very happy and willing to serve them well.

After the spa,we were all headed back to our respective hotels to rest up and wait for our girl/s. Here's the funny part,the driver were suppose to send the girls to room XXL,but end up sending to my ex.usual room of XXX. And XXX has another of my friend staying in it...hehehe...almost immediately,he (friend from room XXX) send me an sms telling me something like,"I think your driver send me your girls to the wrong room"...i was laughing all the way. Such unreliable driver,hehehe....the unreliable driver werent the only one heading to the wrong room tho. Other friends staying in the same hotel too,but lucky my friend from room XXX wasnt inside room when they go pressing his doorbell.

Anyway,the girls arrived. Got to know most girls in joints were returning on Ramandan,blah blah blah...have some TCSS,break some ice and later go back to our respective rooms for OTOT. We do planned dinner beforehand tho.

By the time we meet up for dinner,all of us would already have a shot and we arent suppose to bring our girls together for dinner but 2 of the boys choose to bring them along anyway. So that means we cannot go far. And we head to the new Zhi Char Store beside Grand Nagoya 68 hotel called..New Siang Malam Sea food.

Anyway,we have a total of 7 person in this meal including some girls,and the bills turn out to be....hehehe...400k rupiah.Their Menu got write price there,so not so much scare that they will carrot chop too.

Kind of lost count of the number of dishes we ordered and ate as there are 2 round tables of food...but good thing is,there was minimum leftovers (less wastage). Shall RTE (return to eat) in my future trips until it turns bad again...why do i say this,it is becos when too many people go there to eat,business will become good for them...and when business is good,some eateries cannot maintain its consistency on its produce and/or its service level. And worse if the boss knows business going good and increase price...seems like its the Batam culture for new places nowaday.

Do note too that most of us eating were non-sea food person. So this meal has only some prawns and no crabs. But has fried squids and sotong i think. Simple food for the simple man,who eat to live. Good tasting enough for me (no pork tho) I remember i asked myself this question before,if i think (or feel) a certain place around Nagoya area is expensive,am i able to find myself a cheaper alternative/s? I think i just did.

This place only less than 5 mins walk from Formosa Hotel and at the Lucky Plaza area, almost beside almost Mickey Mouse Bak Kut Teh.

*the name ,Siang Malam reminds me of the Budi Siang Malam chicken rice store.

Dinner was pretty good. After dinner,some went to nearby Alfa Mart to buy some stuffs,some planned for a movie while i head back to room becos i have an appointment with friends in the hotel who stayed on 3rd storey. Well,they came down looking for me,end up heading to the room XXX where my other friend stays in. End up we change to meeting at lobby for some tcss.

The rest of the evening after my return to room is just plain OTOT and my girl and me had supper at 549am Batam time. I threw away the room service supper receipt,otherwise can post it here becos i didnt know it was so late until our supper came.

Next morning,we planned breakfast at Momo....well,thats my 1st fail. We took an almost 15 min drive to Momo,only to learn that it was close. And that was before 11am. Then we took another 15mins drive to a2 food court for our brunch.Some time were wasted during travelling to and fro.

I learned that the black chicken soup in a2 food court was a complete crap. My friend has the same ratings too.

Once brunch is done,we head for cewek-shopping again. I extend my girl,the other 2 friends need to look around,go around. We head back to get girls that they have bookmarked the previous day,and we also hit some places that we didnt visit yesterday too. We go to a new place called Tulip Massage. Not exactly new,but this massage shop has recently turned itself from a massage place to a booking joint.

7 girls there,2 SYT going at 1 million rupiah and 1 particular outstanding SSYT,but going rate at 1.5 million rupiah. 1 look see all the girls,maybe one day should give this place a try but not during the coming Ramadan month tho. We helped one of my friend and his newbie friend check out and moved to our hotel. Newbie friend will be leaving to Sillypore today,so they decide to head to do some shopping since the night before,they have failed to catch the movie they wish for. My other friend and myself head over to look for Enter Spa,a supposing new spa.

When we reach there,we were told the massage wasnt ready and it wont be ready until dont know when...took some photos of the place...

This is exceptional strange,2 guys (staffs from the spa) trying to catch something in the spa's pool...dont know what they were trying to,hehehe...

...i went to check out the price for using the facilities w/o the massage and its cost a whopping 104k!! Even with the 20% discount,it is still quite highly priced. And look at the inside of the pool,green color water. The whole place looks new,even has a thatre room and a Pole dancing area...well,i was looking forward to see these dancers there tho...hehehe...

Do note that the place is way much smaller than it looks. At least more than 70% smaller than Altalanta or Octopuss men's spa. So dont get tricked by the multiple pictures above i took from the website. No photos of the locker room tho but Octopuss spa locker room is definite about 4 times bigger than that of Enter Spa in L-Hotel.

There was no exact date when this spa is opening.

I think my photography skill sux,hehehe...i am suppose to take the price of the spa beverage pricing,end up most part of it cannot be seen clearly...

Anyway,their pricing were about Formosa Hotel Vienna Restaurant price point. And menu price were before their 20% off. Enter Spa was at the 1st floor of the hotel. The front office looks like a 2 star hotel tho. Other much to take note on except the part that this psa has more prettier hostess aka GRO than Octopuss,Delta and Altalanta,hehehe...

There was only 2 of us checking out this Enter Spa,and we turn back almost empty handed. And since there was only 2 of us,we finally decide to head for foot reflexology. Both of us were dead tired from our previous nights of OTOT and we both dozed off during my rest time. By now,my friend has send his newbie friend to the ferry and we were all gather in another room XXO for fear that our unreliable driver woud send the girls to room XXX again,hehehe...it was still early noon,and as my girl was extended,she slep thru all the way during noon and having nother better else to do,i head up to another foot reflexology,this time intended for for special service.

Now here's something i havent tried before. I had foot reflexology,i had a hard on,the girl didnt prompt GQ and go ahead to massage my lil bro....and this is the 1st time i did not negotiate for a special service in a hotel massage shop. i can only say it is a totally a very good time i had (fj). I tested the girl by 1st not giving her money when i walked out...she didnt even ask,so i trun back walk in back to the room and test her again by giving her a 50k rupiah,she looked surprised ,took the money and returned a smile. I walked out and decide to wait for her at the reception to see her again. She looked totally in shock when she realize i was waiting for her,hehehe...LOLOLOL....

I still have sometime before dinner time,i head back to room. My girl tho woke up,still look quite tired,so i ask her continue sleep while i head to room XXX to meet up the friend that a handful of my other friends has knocked wrongly on,hehehe....we have an almost one hour of TCSS and he shared some photos of his conquest all over the globe. Oh my,i was drooling all over from those photographs...there must be at least 10s of thousands of photos.

Its not the 1st time i see so much photos of Batam girls in one single mobile phone from any individual,there are many other bros who also has more or less that amount of photos in the number of thousands,even myself has a handful of them over my 2 years in Batam too. But like i say before,these friends,they are man who honor their words. We have a good time chatting over Batam girls,our conquest,the joints,about the forum etc etc,to the extend i almost forget that i need to meet up with the other boys for dinner. I bid farewell to this friend and off i dash to my room,get myself changed and drop a 100k rupiah for my girl to settle her own dinner while i head for our group dinner at Ibu Joko...i mean since one of the boys hasnt been there before,so i thought maybe show him this place where the locals eat.

I think total bill was about 200k plus a bit for 4 person. After dinner,it was again OTOT all the way.

My original plan,to have a 2 hour hot stone massage (330k). I left my girl alone in the room while i ordered a massage service for her. I head upstairs but here's my next fail. They dont do hot stone massage in the evening,grrr.... now i am left with no choice but to take up the full body massage service. No,no special service...not even GQ becos i know this massage shop at the back of my hands (too well) and the girls in it too.Practically all of them knows i have had 3 massage services at the same shop on the same day,hehehe...thats the problem about being too regular to a place.

Anyway,save my money on special and goes back room to OTOT after my massage service ends. Back to room,my girl also complained to me that the massage service was not good....come to think of it,i think my friend also ordered a massage service to his room and complained the massage girls refuse to massage his girl properly too. Just too bad,they didnt note down their working numbers.

Next morning ,all of us met up for breakfast (the free one) to plan what to do next. Its our last few hours in Batam,so we better fully utilize it. I informed the receptionist that we will all be checking out late,except my room. I decide to be considerate to check out my room before 2pm becos mine was a special room,other guest may be waiting for my room.

Before checking out,its is still morning after our breakfast,so we decide to go for one more massage...yes all of us. We decide to try a more authentic massage place,and yes,i think they had a good time. One of my friend even took the number of an indo chinese massage girl and wechatted with her. My friend showed us her wechat photo,she looks 9/10 on photo but in real,she look about 7/10,hehehe...shant elaborate more in the summary.

After massage,had early lunch at Budi Siang Malam chicken rice ,all of us headed back to our respective rooms thereafter. i showered,pack up and checked out earlier than usual and have all my things moved to my friend's room. As for my other friend,he call for another massage and while waiting for him to finish ,we have some in room TCSS... once my friend is done with his extra time massage,we all went down to check together (except i had checked out earlier). Time is still early since its only 3pm plus,we head to a small scale theme restaurant to sit down to tcss ,had some finger food,kill a bit of time and when the time is up,we head to Harbour for the final home sweet home.

Upon touching onto the ferry back home,i realize i forgot something. I forgot to take a picture of Formosa Hotel's before and after picture,so i request a friend who will be visiting Batam after my trip to help me take some photos of the hotel exterior,so that i can keep a record in this summary.

Thoughts for the trip :

1. This trip is more like a reunion trip,met up with old and new friends i met in the past trips and also friends that i have been talking to in the forum whereby we havent got ourselves a chance to meet before.

2. I know this trip number 28th isnt as good as trip number 27th (or it may seems that way). But glad to see that it didnt turn out worse than i expected. All in all,i think this trip is a relatively good one,just not as good as my last one. I would rate this trip 7.5/10.

3. A few new things this trip. A new "girl" in a massage shop (not going to elaborate,those who are there knows). A new Zhi Char store. A new booking joint Tulip Massage (massage-shop-turned-booking joint). Oh,i forgot,a booking joint with 500k/600k/700k girls still existed in Batam.

4. An incident,2nd day of the trip when we go to change money again. I drop off the car last whereas my friends head for the money change a min before i arrived,got 9600/SGD. I mean they were quoted 9600/SGD. When money changeress saw me,the price immediately went up to 9700/SGD. Its the best price for that day becos another of the money changer's customer that comes with more than 15 pieces of 1k S$ notes also get the same rate.

5. The girls in booking joint that i knew whom i talk with tells me that most girls will be heading back to hometown for Ramadan after the 1st week. Asked them why,they explain that air ticket will cost very much higher as the days gets closer towards Hari Raya. Cost of tickets according to them can cost up to 5 million rupiah so its rather LPPL for them to try to earn more and goes back later at a higher cost too.

6. More new girls coming to Batam about a week or so after 6th July 2016,according to some OKTs.

7. Formosa Hotel membership is now free.

Let's not forget there is also a free shuttle service 4 times a year from hotel to ferry terminal (or Airport) for silver card member and 8 times a year for Gold member. The cutest part of this promotion is silver card holder and above get to have their laundry done for free too,hehehe....(2 pieces laundry for Silver and 3 pieces for Gold)

8. Ramadan month is unpredictable. This trip was mainly to prepare myself for my next month's trip. Had a feeling its going to be good,even tho less girls were expected. Hopefully i will be prepared enough.

9. Whenever heaven closes one door,somewhere there will be an open window. When Formosa no longer do business with Kaha,there is still....hehehe....i thank my friend,Samat who impart an alternative to me before he passes on.

10. Time to plan for my June trip,hehehe...this would likely be a solo or friend-only trip.

Tried asking the carousel one but less bike offered. Mine is $15 per day(24hrs usage) $10 for delivery and pick up of bike from the location u want. And another $5 for extra helmet. The guy will require u to fill up a form and keep ur ic as deposit in case of any damage or loss. And by right our license need to convert to international license to ride/drive legally there. Rental of car will be usually from $45 per day. The $7 one is the price for indonesian. Do take note too that u can turn left when the traffic is red. Hahaha. Or u will be honked.

.. while i head back to room becos i have an appointment with friends in the hotel who stayed on 3rd storey. Well,they came down looking for me,end up heading to the room XXX where my other friend stays in. End up we change to meeting at lobby for some tcss.

Yes, it turned to a booking joint. As soon as I read that by Nono1973, I went to have a look. Worst timing possible: 17:30. Girls are resting. It's Monday, so I do not expect many girls were booked before, but yes all the best is gone at such a time. Said this, I saw some talent.

Firstly, I would like to thank bro nono for his guides and insights experience throughout his visits. His guides and post helped me alot and I would suggest that newbies should check them out too before cheong-ing in this lovely city. I'll love to share all my wonderful journey when I have the time.

My guides and info posted were credited to the seniors who once posted in the previous thread many years ago. They were far better than me. Credit isnt mine to claim,i am just a information collector who collected those good information to be "applied" for my future Batam trips. I am just glad the collected information helped you as much as it has helped me.

Without further ado, here's My First FR.

This was a visit way back last Saptember 2015. It was my first time and after reading about 500 pages and especially after repeatedly reading bro nono's guides. I think I was ready to go. I already prebooked an executive room with balcony at Harmony Suites thru Agoda.

Hmm,so this FR was on September 2015. Interesting...apparently from the start of reading your FR,you definitely dont sound like someone who were visiting Indonesia for the 1st time. MAY be 1st time in Batam,but definitely have had been to other parts of Indonesia before.

Reached Batam Centre at about 12pm and got a taxi to head to the 'hotel'. Meanwhile, I've already prepared mentally that I should lower my expectations by half. I'm around the mid 20s mark, so my expectations was worrying me especially when I arrived, there were just makciks in tudungs everywhere. So while I was on the way to the hotel, the driver asked if I wanted cewek and of course I said YES! Excited and clueless all I told him was that bring me anywhere as long as it is not Morena.(As mentioned in the guide that the place isn't newbie friendly.)

This part of the FR has proven my point,you arrived at Batam Center and staying in Harmony Suite. You knew what you were doing,you have read and am glad to see that.

About twenty minutes later, we reached to this place called Bunga Massage. My first reaction was damn, of course he brought me to the most expensive joint as said on the guide. But as i felt totally open to try anything that day and didn't want to be a hassle. I checked it out anyway. There were about 25 girls, mostly not ready. Some were still in bras and many were halfway thru their makeup. The ones that were ready sat in a line(about 10 of them) and I just chose whoever was smiling back at me when I did. So I settled for this decent looking MILF although there was a few decent looking SYTs. I didn't want to break the cardinal rule because I wasn't that fussy. I just wanted someone who was interested. My friend decided to go for one of the decent looking SYTs even though she wasn't paying attention to us. The total damage for each girl was 1.1m. And I was like whaat? I took a MILF and she is the same price as the SYT. Didn't bother to nego. But she later explained how the prices in Batam goes.

After reading this part,i find that the mamis were trying to balance both of your payment with the girls. You see,she might most likely have the mentality to have try to balance the price tag for both girls so as not to make any of the girls feel out of place. Imagine this,you and i were the girls,customers choose both you and me,Mami price you at 2 million rupiah and price me at 1 million rupiah,how would you and me feel? So mami given both of us the same price to her customers to make both of us feel as equal as possible,not bias. But 2 customers who knew both of us may feel mentally inbalance becos you are the sweet thing and i am the uglier thing,hehehe...and both customers were paying the same price tag.

Sorry,the illustration above were just personal thoughts after reading,nothing else.

I proceeded to pay and took the OKT's card in front of the girls.(see... learnt a few things here) Even though I didn't felt like I need it. The girls gave us their personal phone numbers and told us to contact them whenever we were ready.

Remember,you were reading a Batam newbie guide,asking for name card were strongly recommended by me for 1st time Batam visitors who has almost zero experiences on Indonesia (indonesia is a big place).No name card,at least must ask for OKT/joint's contact.After gaining subtantial experience in later trips, I wouldnt have need to do the same today. Or a bro who has never been to Batam who joined me wouldnt have need to do the same either (i still encourage them to,in case something really cock up). And/or a Bandung or Jakarta (or any parts of indonesia) cheongsters coming to Batam for the 1st time would rather not have feel the slightest need for it too.

Precaution is always better than cure,hence its written on the newbie guide. Remember,i wrote the guide when i 1st visit Batam,with zero experience and do not speak Malay or any Bahasa indo. Its like the 1st day of school,hehehe...

Checked in to the hotel and got a connecting room so me and my buddy could hang when we wanted to. The room was pretty old and the facilities was pretty bad too. I had this fetish with balcony and they looked pretty in the photos. But it was not meant to be. I put it all aside as I was excited to bonk already. Later we found out that Harmony Suites was the first hotel ever in Batam and it was very old. They changed names a few times but the building hasn't gone for any renovations at all so we just sucked thumb. The pretty receptionist made the stay better though.

For your info,there were 3 Harmony Hotels in Batam,Harmoni Suite you mentioned where you stays. There's another on at Batam Center which is called Harmoni One. The more popular one was Harmoni Hotel. Harmoni suite comes like a studio apartment which has a mini kitchen. So if you didnt see the kitchen,likely is you may have gotten to the wrong Harmoni hotel?

Not too sure about the name change for Harmoni groups of hotel,but i know one of the oldest hotel is called Goodway Hotel,which used to be can Mandarin Hotel and its very close to Harmoni Hotel. Plaza Nagoya was also pretty old too,and i thought it has been one of the oldest around too. And usually if there is a change of hotel management,they would have done some minor renovation.

Many old hotels has a name change over the last 30 plus years in Batam (i read). And i am only 2 years old in Batam.

Our taxi driver brought us to nagoya shopping mall.. Yada yada shopping not for me. So I shall skip the boring part here. But its quite spacious and I think you can find almost anything there.
I settled for the clean massage at Reborn and they had this promo for 150,000rp for 2 hours. Took it anyway to kill time. Unexpectedly, the massage was still good anyways. The masseus was a cutie in her mid 20s so I didnt mind the occassional giggling.

For clean massage,most of the massage girl's skills were more on the good side as they were mostly trained. As for myself,i prefer going to Reborn type of clean massage places for special service. I have my own personal reason for that.

After we were done with lunch, massage and getting all the neccessities. We head back to the hotel and called the girls to come over. They came directly to our rooms within 20 minutes later. When they came I was surprised that she looked much better than when I first met her and I couldn't wait to bonk already. I offered her something to drink and we had the typical icebreaker. About a few moments later, she closed the connecting room door and started kissing and hugging. The smell of her perfume makes my legs soft. :D I cannot take it already and she started undressing. I did too. She gave about 10 minutes BBBJ and I almost lost it. I stopped her and it was action time for my lil bro. 10 minutes later we were done and it wasn't even dinner time yet.

Notice not much needed to break the ice there,hehehe...i observe every FR and read them at least few times before i made any reply. Some girls were not cut out as a beaut with makeup on. In other word,some girls look prettier with minimum or no make up on.

We had dinner at the nearby 'warong' and even though it looks dodgy. The food was very good. And of top that, we ordered about 6 mains and 4 rice and it didn't even cost $10!! Heaven, I tell you. Head to the local grocer and bought her 3 pax of ciggs before going back to the hotel.

Looks like you have a pretty good 1st trip in Batam.

Since we were still full from the meal. We just hung out and bonded. Since I understood and could converse in bahasa decently we had alot to chat about. My curiousity could not be held any longer and so I had to ask why both of them were at the same price. So I think this would be a good info for all the bros out there cheonging for the next time you decide to pick a girl. Hence why, I am sharing it with you guys.

Roughly,theres about 4 categories of girls in Batam. Well, according to the market that is.
1) The SYTs
The highest demand, age ranging between 18 - 26. The price can range between 1.4m - 1.8m irregardless of experience. The younger they are, the more expensive they'll be. Most runaway girls also comes from this category as many are very pampered. In some cases, the reason could be as simple as that they do not understand english and find it hard to connect with the other party.

2) The Semi MILFS
The only difference compared to the SYTs is that this category is slightly older. And why semi? Is because they are not married or have given birth before. They are valued at a higher price depending on their experience. The price can be between 1.1m - 1.4m depending on their experience and looks. Some of them look younger than they actually are so OKTs while try to charge them at an SYT price if they feel that you are a newbie.

3) The Mums
Safe to say that 65% of the girls there are in this category. Regardless of age, anyone that has given birth before belongs in this category. Their prices ranges between 700k - 1.3m. This depends on how many times they have given birth, their age, physicality and their years of experience. Theres many factors in this hence the bigger price range.

4) The Veterans
The least demanded of them all. These ladies usually have 5 years+ experience on their belt and are over 40s. They are priced from 600k and below. Most of them only appears on weekends or booked and shared by several men at one time(several shops allows this at a certain price). I was warned to never ever book them even if I was looking for cheap thrills as they have the highest chance to get STDs.

This is definitely good information,even tho it still doesnt explain to me why a SYT and a semi MILF would cost the same 1.1 million rupiah price tag. The information provided however did tells me how Bunga would price their girls and not how all Batam's booking joints price their girls,hehehe...even tho i knew about this long time ago but still, i learned something more as i read and i thank you for it.

Overview on room
The room is cosy, big and clean. There is also a small sofa and also small bench and a nice mirror in the room. It will be nice to bonk and bench facing the mirror reflection. The Wifi is strong, will not get cut off easily. The room is alway cold as there is a permanent card at the slot to make sure is always cold and there is also a link way for easy access to Nagoya shopping mall. However, there is lack of socket for charging and also must remember to bring a travel charger because the socket is slightly different. There is also no bathtub but only a standing shower. It will be good if there is a bath tub.

This hotel is a tall building with about 12-level. It has a meeting room and conference room. This hotel is rated 4 and half stars in Batam, therefore the prices will sure be slightly expensive. The external of the hotel look very cool, posh and elegant. It is just located opposite to the hills hotel. It is also very highly security as before checking in, traveller arrive the hotel will have to go through a scan equipment. The lift is nice, cool and style.

Breakfast is taken on level 3. I forget what the name of the restaurant called. The restaurant is very big as shown above. It is buffet style and has a wide variety range of food from western to Chinese style.

Summary & Rating
It is really you pay for what you get. Paid for the price so must enjoy and make good use of it. I would give an 9 out of 10 as overall i have a nice stay there. If i have a longer stay there, i will consider staying this hotel again. There is also a young indo Chinese reception who is not that chio, but she is friendly and innocent type. Maybe can jio to be FB next time if go down again

You are at the northern tip of Batam (although it states Batam center, it is not the central area). Need to cab to Nagoya area where all the night spots and booking joints are located.
But, all is not lost. In the evening, If you leave the hotel lobby door, straight to the right for about 800m to 1km, there is a eating place in a building named "Pasir Ris". There you will find a makan place for steam boat or zhi char type of meal.
Besides that, there is a KTV cum Pub drinking join named "Cliffhanger". The are ladies for your picking as companion for either at the pub or in the KTV.
I am not familiar with the pricing of the KTV (not my cup of tea) but I do know that the beers there costs more than the pubs at Nagoya Entertainment District. From my limited knowledge, that is the only drinking join in that area nearby your hotel.
One more thing, same building at the furthest end is a coffee cafe newly opned (about 6 months). If you want an afternoon coffee with friends, that might be a good start.

My humble FR on my 3 days in Batam.

Day 1

3 of us took a ferry from harbour front to batam centre at 0950. Reached 0950 batam time, cleared immigration and waited for my friend who works and stays in batam to pick us up. He's in his 60s and always take very good care of his friends who come to batam to play. Nice guy.

4 of us went to Palm Spring for a round of golf 1st. Costs us 430000 green fee and 150000 caddy tip. Hope we didn't paid too much. We finished at 1600 and headed to farm to do some shopping. I asked my friend to drop us at famosa and wait for us. Exchange rate quite good. $100- 985000. Along our way to Happy 8 massage which like 10 mins of walking distance, we got approached by many man with bikes, saying want to bring us to find girls. I said no but they kept following us. No choice we had to stop halfway and eat some satays in order to ditch them.

Finally reached Happy 8 massage. I was surprised to see around 20 plus girls sitting inside. That was 1730 already.
I thought we will late for shopping liao. Anyway didn't get what we want cos the mami was very firm at her girls' price. Quoted 1.3 juta for a syt. So we went over to New berry and the papi can speak teochew so is better for us to talk to him. Horizon Ferry is 48 also, more ferry trips than Batam fast.

The only other cheaper alternative are to Batam Centre ferries. but the distance to Nagoya is not worth it, unless you staying in Batam centre area.

BCS Mall is just 3 mins walk away, good place to stay for shopper and eater. A2 foodcourt just downstairs, peniun morning market opposite the road. Plenty of clean massage opposite hotel.

1) Any nice hotel to reccomend? Budget $60-$70 My all time fav is Novotel Hotel but location not so convenient. Love the pool and the cosy room

Hi bro,so last min planning. Here's what i suggest.

1. Stay at Pacific palace hotel,drop yrself off at Harbur bay ferry terminal.

Why so? : Because it has a safer & relatively popular disco (pacific disco) & a KTV there & also within your budget of around $60+ below $70.

2. Since 2d1n,no need to go too many joints. If u are into SYTs,try Happy 8 & Bunga. If u r into service,try NewBery & Sedona.Happy 8 & Bunga however more ex. Flag any taxi,they will know how to get u there.

Why so? : Because that's my personal preference to go

3. It's only 2d1n,dinner can be anywhere. Windsor food court can be a good choice but priced higher,otherwise Weywey/Harbour Bay sea food restaurant which has some sea view ambience (also higher price) inside harbour bay terminal.

Why so? : There's cheaper seafood in Batam,but u are into 2d1n stay ,so don't wish to give u too many further away cheaper option considerating if u are taking my advise to stay in Pacific palace hotel.

4. I think someone answer that already,Pacific & Newton disco. I suggest Pacific in case u plan to play drugs in batam. But do not bring the drugs out of Pacific disco,or u are deadmeat if caught with it. Ramadan just few days away,many polisi watching.

Why so? : Pacific disco inside Pacific palace hotel,so u have everything under one roof,including Octopussy men's spa.

5. Needless to say,Harbour Bay ferry terminal.

Why so? : Pacific Palace hotel is 10-15 mins walk,literally beside Harbour Bay if u check the Batam map & no chance for u to get lost in batam.

My philosophy in this reply is simple. Everywhere i suggested were all near to where you stay (except windsor food court & booking joints). ;)

Here’s my FR of my first trip to Batam. First of all, much thanks and gratitude to Bro Nono for his awesome guide and assistance in various matters.

1st and foremost,i am glad you find the guides useful. And even more thankful to you for reading and keeping your words.

This trip of mine (together with a friend) was meant to be a recce trip for me, so not much expectation. If you do like my FR, thanks in advance for the up

Bro Nono, if I made any mistakes / accuracies, feel free to point them out. Hehe.

I was actually waiting for you to complete your FR before commenting. I have already gotten the other half of the other FR from the other bro who were like you,writing the FR halfway,hehehe...and with your 2nd half,i now have zero incomplete good FR in my collection.

Thank you for sharing.

Brief summary:
- Duration: 2D1N (weekdays) (0940 to Batam; 2045 back to SG)
- Damage: Approx SGD $200 (all in)
- Transport Operator: Horizon Fast Ferry @ $48
- Hotel: Formosa Hotel Batam @ $45
- Evaluation:
o Generally a recce trip to check out the various massage places. I’m generally a massage-lover, so, if there’s special, it’s a bonus for me – if not, also no problem.
o Massage is very good at those clean places; see your luck at those dirty ones.
o As for SYT quality, don’t expect too good quality at those ‘known’ places. If you want, just go booking joints or, as bro Nono says, have to self-explore those ‘hidden gems’ (perhaps).

So much information gathered on your recce trip. So the next trip,you will be more established. The recce team has gone to the ground to do the research. Now you more or less knows what Batam has in store,if you happen to find what you are looking for,next trip would be deem much simpler.

- 0940 (Batam time): Arrival + Clear Immigration. (Don’t try to jump queue by going to the Indonesian passport counter. Saw one Singaporean tried doing that – immigration officer sent him to the ‘All Passports’ queue. He start from the back – face damn black and started mouthing curse words.)

You will have to keep silence and not plan with your phone too. Jump queue? I believe most sillyporean wont jump queue tho,hehehe...

- 1030: Ate mee goreng at one of those stalls at the Habourbay Terminal (“HBT”) @ 15000 Rp (quite delicious)

Just Harbour Bay,there are a few things to "see" :

1. Get your return ferry boarding pass from Harbour Bay Harizon to Harbour Front if you are there on peak season or weekends (if you plan to return on Sundays or public holidays).

2. There's a theatre (cinema Blitz) at Harbour Bay Mall.

3. A massage shop at Harbour Bay Mall called Manzu.

4. Try looking for Ocean Massage which is beside Wey Wey 2 sea food restaurant.

- 1045: Slow walk to Pacific Palace Hotel. Want to look see look see around too. Also, on the map looks like quite near. Approx 10-15 minutes walk.

This is one of the few description that when one says Pacific Palace Hotel is just almost beside Harbour Bay but the beside was actually quite a distance away. The reason for being seemingly far is becos you can only exit from the tolling entrance.

So near,but yet so far. One will have to walk almost to Ggi Hotel 1st being being able to walk to Pacific Palace as on the map above.

- 1110: Octopuss Spa. Do note that there are two sets of elevators. One is in the main building (that will not lead you to the spa); the other is in the ballroom side of the hotel – that is the correct one. Go to the 8th floor. You can see the reception the moment you step out. There are mainly two packages:

o H1 (396k; 1.5 hours massage; include 1 HJ (thanks to Bro Nono for this info – the receptionist won’t tell you that); and
o H2 (696k, no massage; FJ; can choose girl (according to receptionist, the girls will parade for you).

We chose neither since my friend and I found it quite expensive. We requested for a tour around the place. Facilities seem ok. Rooms come in various classes. Did not inquire as to the price differences of these rooms. But they appear to be all private ones. Never got to see the girls, but saw 2 staff at one of the counters in the spa were really hot, young and slim. If those are the MLs, it would be really enjoyable. Nevertheless, still exercised self-control, since we felt it wasn’t too wise to blow 1/3 of our budgets at the start of the trip.

Pacific Hotel itself have 2 buildings,one of them was the Discotheque/KTV building. The other is where people lives. Octopuss spa is at where discotheuqe/pub/KTV building. Octopuss spa is a good place to kill time tho,hehehe...it will be up to individual to explore as even if i go there once,i believe wont have the capability to know what they have in store. I think around 400k for a 1.5 hour massage that comes with a HJ isnt really expensive,hehehe...

- 1135: Took a taxi to Formosa Hotel @ 20k Rp.

You must have sound and look like a local. Or with someone who does,hehehe...during some of solo trips,i took a taxi from Harbour Bay to Money changer opposite formosa hotel,and then to kaha to buy hotel discount voucher before heading to Formosa Hotel again to check in at 40k (as written in one of my Batam trip summary). That also doesnt mean that my point to point trip cost 10k per trip tho,hehehe...thrice in Batam,i travel from Formosa to Harbour Bay (last day of trip) with no payment too,hehehe...it really depends on how one does the maths.

- 1150: Checked in. Hotel is neat. Wifi at the 3rd floor is particularly weak. So do note that. Also, try to make sure you ask for a room that is facing away from the construction activities going on presently (read below to know why).

Thank you for your advise,it does look like there are major works in and around Formosa Hotel. Heard they will be building a new higher floors service apartment block directly behind Formosa Hotel and later merge with the main hotel building.

- 1215: Walked to Idola massage. Took 1 hour @ 60k Rp. Asked for young and slim girls. My friend got a MILF, while I got a GILF (LOL!). Immediately know that I will not go for any special regardless of the price. The place is lit up in blue, with mattresses on the floor. Curtains are used as partitions with Richard Clayderman’s music playing in the background (Ballade Pour Adeline). Massage was semi-piano. My friend’s MILF kept pestering him for special – but he’s those kind that won’t go for anything unless got feel for the girl. So declined. My GILF asked once and I said no. Hmm...GILF rarely gives piano massage. I only been there once,so arent too sure which GILF you are talking about. But i would not suggest you go to RTM again at this place due to your age gap with mine. It may not be suitable. (i believe even if i were to pay for you i doubt you should RTM until more details are rolled out)

Formosa's King massage perhaps would be a better choice. Otherwise Moonlight behind New Berry or Moonlight behind Harmoni Hotel should work just as good for you. Their massage almost can confirm will be piano standard.

- 1330: Walked to DC Mall. I generally like walking everywhere if possible. Helps me orientate me to the place better. This is usually what I usually do also when I’m overseas in new places. And you get to see things better too.

By walking around,you get to see more and able to help you mark those landmark,which will help you remember how to get to certain places,example if i want to go New Berry,i look for Hana Hotel on the google map becos New Berry is just opposite Hana Hotel and so on for other places that interest me.

Most maps dont show where the cheonging places were at.

- 1350: Walked into each of those MPs just outside DC Mall. As mentioned by other bros here, most of these MPs (if not all of them), have photo albums of the girls. Do not trust these photos. Walked into Tulip massage. Turned out this place is also an overnight booking joint. There were only 5 WLs there. All MILF.

Nearly all SYT wont be able to give good massage. Most people goes to such places for ST. I went to Tulip recently,there is at least 1 SSYT that caught my attention. You may have reach there at a wrong timing.

- 1415: My friend chose A5 massage I believe since he fancied one of the photos of the girl in there; I chose Nice Massage (Chinatown Massage) that is just 20 meters away.

But even at 200k, at this rate, I still felt I overpaid for such horrendous service. 110k / Hour (VIP Room) + 200k (FJ). I think price increase by 10k as compared to FRs from other bros.
o RTM/F: No fucking way.
o Comments / Observations: This place is pretty bad. I would advise to avoid this place. Wanted to try the so called “mandi susu” (Milk bath). Turns out, the receptionist / price list was not accurate. Was told that VIP room regardless of duration includes a mandi susu, but apparently not. After everything ended, was then told it was only for 1.5 hours and above. Place is also quite dirty. Mattress got black hole that seems to have insects inside. Quite put off generally. As for timing, also cheat me close to 20 minutes (ended 20 mins earlier). My friend who did at A5 massage told me that the milk bath just means putting milk powder into the water. So I guess I did not miss out much. For him, despite me relaying to him Bro Nono’s advice, still kena chopped 400k for FJ. Sigh. His girl is Reina – apparently body is not bad (unlike mine), but looks also quite terrible. Besides, the VIP room looks very run down and the mattress has a smell.

Hmm...after reading this,i realize one small little thing. Nice Massge has either deteriorate or you may not be used to their kind of massage places. But i believe it more that it has deteriorated becos like i say 2 months ago,i almost completely stop going to Utama area of massage shops due to it getting overly popular and people paying more than they are suppose to. Nice Massage used to be pretty good like 6 month plus ago when they were just newly opened (and renovated).

And in case you didnt know,A3,A5 and Nice Massage were sister shop run by the same group of bosses.

- 1530: Continued to walk around the vicinity. Entered into each and every one of those MPs. As mentioned earlier, got photo album. Just ask for it. But remember, the girl and the photo, is always different. In some places, you can even see the girls (if you request). They are usually all located in one or two waiting / holding rooms. Most, if not all I’ve seen really cmi. Generally, imho, the MPs around DC Mall area is to be avoided.

Already did some time ago,hehehe...sorry,i think i should have warn you 1st. Next time if you go Batam again,try the hotel massage or Men's Spa instead. From reading your FR till now,most standalone may unlikely to be suitable for your age group.

- 1600: Walked into Bunga Massage just to take a look. About 20 girls. There were about 2 WLs that caught my eye (quite hot and slim). Mami can speak Chinese well and seems to know the SG scene (i.e. Geylang) very well. It’s almost impossible (or maybe she see us young lads want to chop us) to bargain with her, despite me demonstrating I’m not exactly clueless (name dropped other joints like New Berry and Gold Bird (Sedona)). But she is very friendly. Quoted 1.5 mil for overnight for one of the Indo-Chinese girls. She willing to bring it down to 1.4 mil. Do note that this price only comes with 3 shots. She claims most of her good girls taken already (possibly so, given that I came in so late – but also, since it’s a weekday, Batam generally is rather quiet). Short-time (1 hour / 1 shot) is quoted at 500k. She told me that this is about the same price as Geylang for Thais and double the time. (See, she really know our scene well). Refused to budge. I also don’t want since my objective in this trip is mainly to recce massage places. I thanked her and left.

At 4pm,yes...its a little late. But the 3 shot rule? This is the 1st time i heard of the 3 shot rule in Bunga cited by the Chinese mami. I might have rebut her if its going to be the same price as Geylang,then why would i come to Batam in the 1st place,hehehe...however,i will not name Bunga the most expensive joint if their price were low tho.

- 1830: Took a taxi to Sports massage (the one near Goodway hotel) @ 20k Rp. Did the 190k Rp package (1 hour Reflexology + 1 hour body massage). One of the best massages I ever had. Don’t see these girls small size, damn lot of strength. Kept asking her to ‘kuat’ (stronger). This place is ABSOLUTELY clean and I know that and had no intention for anything. To give you an idea of how clean this place is, they will open the curtain a little so others can look in. When I told her whether can close the curtain (because I felt a little awkward that people can look in when I like 3/4 naked), she exclaimed that she cannot do so in a very animated way – LOL… wtf). Massage is damn solid and good. Simply love it. Massage is 8-9/10.

The 20k taxi fare reminds of another bro who went to Batam with a very senior bro who somehow "despise" making even a single post in this new Batam thread (i use the word "despise" becos its how i feel about it),hehehe...he's a good contributor in the older thread tho when he shares about some exotic satay and a Japanese theme massage. If you happen to know him,his experience definitely surpass mine many many times. I remember him becos i read that old thread a few times and his recommendation rarely fails.

If you happen to know him,you wont go too wrong following his advise. He will be able to recommend you few other massage shops that are of equal (or almost equal) standard as that of Sports Massage. My favourite was still going to a clean massage place to get special service,hehehe...

- 2040: Walked to Goodway hotel and check out the spa. I think I might have been mistaken, but the spa at level 2 is not called “TaiQi massage” or anything. It’s called “The Spa”. Very clean place (in both sense of the word). Does not appear to be a place that provides special at all. There is a Japanese restaurant at the lobby. That evening, only got Japanese buffet at 199,000 Rp ++. Did not want to eat since price also not cheap and the spread appears quite pathetic (was allowed to go in and see).

Good information. So,there's a Japanese Buffet in Goodway. Bros who love Japanese food will love this piece of info.

- 2200: Friend retired for the day. I went to King’s massage (4th floor Formosa) to try out. Didn’t bother to pick the girl. All the info is because I went back the next day to look at the picture album. LOL.

In case one day you are there on weekdays for 3D2N,you can always get a room change since it isnt that crowded. Weekends will be subjected to room availability. It must have been a nightmare having those construction site side by side around your room area.

Reminds me that when in my last trips's stay in Formosa,i tried my very very best to blast the TV speaker to the loudest when connected to my laptop at 4am Batam time to try to see if my friend in my next room would reacte. My friend next morning's reply was he heard nothing,hehehe...so now when you say you used a ear plug plus pillow to cover your head,i am really able to relate how loud the noise was just outside your room. :D

- 0900: Ate the hotel buffet breakfast. Remember to bring the paper coupons that were given to you on check in. Spread is acceptable. Starting from your usual fried rice / noodles to like braised pork or fried fish (or some fresh milk with cereal if you like) and ending with some cream cakes.

- 1100: Did 2 hours body massage this time @ 250k Rp. As good as the day before even though different masseuse (they operate on rotation basis between their 6 joints). Standard seems to be generally good Damn shiok. Tipped the masseuse 10k.

Yes,they were good in a way that their massage were completely complete (head to toe).You know you are not getting anything special,so there was no expectation on this part (GQ) which indirectly lead one's mind and body to relax better. - 1330: Chose the 250k package for Deluxe Room (it’s not really a room btw). To get to the rooms, you have to go through the lounge. Price comes with 1.5 hours massage and use of facilities. Facilities include shower, steam, sauna and jacuzzi. Jaccuzi area is quite big with roman statues around. Sauna and steam is rather small. Place is generally decent, but showers a little dirty. Food-wise, got some nasi-lemak and goreng pisang. The lounge seems spacious and comfortable, but very dark. Drinks only got free water and ginger tea. The rest have to pay. Beer should cost you a couple of SGD. You ‘order’ your girl too from the receptionist that is IN the lounge area. My friend and I specified very clearly we want “muda dan langsing” (young and slim). Apparently, you are allowed to change the girl once.

o MP: Atalanta Spa.
o ML Name: Vanessa.
o Age: 25 (alleged).
o Massage: 4/10.
o Looks: 5/10. Semi-SYT.
o Body: Can’t really see in the dark also. But I think quite the meaty type (not my type).

o Attitude: A bit of teasing here and there. Generally friendly, until the tips part.

- 1800: Left the place and walked to have seafood near HBT. On the way, got see this MP. I think it’s called Ocean Massage or something along those lines. They have a menu for FJ. Apparently, can change girl until you like. But no photo album or anything to see. Minimum price quoted at the reception is 787k IIRC.

This place by now should have been overly priced. Its good for a one time try,especially the 4 Breast massage since not every Batam massage shop offers such. After the one time try on it,most like me, will not RTM for the same thing again.

Good for a one time novelty try tho.

- 1830: Had nice seafood near HBT. Price is quite reasonable. Dinner was not bad @ 260k Rp only for 2 people. Please help yourself to a few pictures hehehe. We ordered about 5-6 dishes with beer.

Apparently,you dont make any mistakes at all,in fact you fare far too well as a Batam 1st timer,especially with the 20k taxi fare...hehehe...can see that you are not new to the indo land and my guess is you also speak fluent-enough bahasa indo and a non-Chinese too.And in the event if you are,an Indo Chinese you should be. Almost forget to add,if it is none of the above,high chance you have been "guided" (高人指点). Thats how i feel after reading your FR.

Believe it or not,no 1st time Batam newbie who could speak zero Malay or Bahasa indo could get a 20k taxi trip (i dont usually use strong words). I doubt they could even get up any taxi vehicle with 20k rupiah,hehehe... Even the dinner at Harbour Bay Terminal for 260k too,it was a good price. They were one of the lowest i have seen,and it goes to tell me you know the Indonesia culture well.Perhaps some reading your FR may feel you are not speaking the truth and/or it is totally impossible to get that. But no,not for me as i believe you becos someone has gotta the same fare before you during 2016 and how truth was that when he says so,no one can verify.

However much i say,i do believe the Batam locals pay an average fare of 30k to 35k from Harbour Bay to anywhere,and me? I have to resort to using the point to point "trickery" to get the below 20k rupiah as a foreigner who speaks no malay nor Bahasa Indo.

(Harbour Bay >> opposite Formosa Moneychanger >> Kaha >> Back to Formosa check-in = 40k rupiah (with occasionally 10k tips) + Free taxi ride from Formosa Hotel to Harbour Bay using the membership privileges)

(i dont see the need to ask you to drop expectation by half,since its a recce trip with all massage places you been to being rated from 2/10 to 4/10 except Sports Massage; you already knew what you were looking for when it comes to "massage",hehehe...)

Side notes :

I said this before,in Batam,there is also 80k to 150k rupiah per pop (much older girls),lowest i have heard was 50k rupiah per pop (21 year old girl,with some techniques used <which i dislike the use of such techniques>) in massage shops when the girl/s were new and desperate enough. So i am a believer,anything and everything is possible. Then i ask myself,can everyone and anyone get it almost all the time (aka easily get those deals) in Batam,my answer is no. If its not going to be easily available,then i will only be sabotaging the newbies and the 1st time Batam visitors if i add those info into a Guide.

The same can be applied to Taxi fare too. 30k to 40k rupiah for regular rides from point A to point B if one bargained within Nagoya area. If one dont plan to bargain,the price will usually be 50k rupiah plus/minus,otherwise the carrot price of S$30 to S$50 per trip payment which can be seen in the old thread.

Here's my Taxi Pricing Variation during my Batam travel-about base solely on my experience.

1. Grab a full day taxi for only if one plans to go anywhere else more than just getting girls whereby it will usually cost between 250k to 500k rupiah per day. (a full day taxi here means the moment i arrive Batam till around 9pm in the evening and send me back the next morning/noon)

2. Grab a taxi for FREE (via negotiation with the driver) if one plans to go for only girls and thats it. Taxi driver earns from the commission from the booking joint. (if my objective to go Batam is purely just for girls only,i do not need a taxi at all) Taxi driver brings you to serveral booking joint,you picked the girls,pays for it (the girl/s) and the same driver send the girl to you at your desired time. No extra payment needed unless one wish to tip the driver.

3. If one has a regular taxi driver,take down his number. Negotiate for a point to point fare. It can be 20k to 30k rupiah fare from each point to point. Meaning i called the cab driver i knew,the driver comes to Harbour to fetch me to Hotel,i pay 20k. Then i called the same driver again to bring me go lunch,another 20k. Then call the driver to pick me up after lunch,another 20k,then call the driver bring me go massage,another 20k,and another round of calling to bring me back to hotel,20k rupiah,the list goes on and on. Its like a call per use per trip. (if i know i am going to exceed a certain amount per day/night use,i grab a full day driver instead)

5 points = 100k rupiah

Example : i go from Harbour to Hotel,1 point. Hotel to lunch,another point,to find girls,another point,go masaage,another point and so on.

4. Like i say before,i used some trickery from Harbour Bay to Money changer away from Harbour bay,then to Kaha and then to Hotel at 40k to 50k. All in will be less than 20k each point to point. 40k to 50k divided by 3 point destination. I use this method on my solo trips. (everyone who visit Batam before knows changing money at any ferry terminal usually not-so-good rate)

Even if i dont go to Money changer 1st and head from Harbour Bay to Kaha,and then to Formosa only,the fare is still 40k to 50k divided by 2. ;)

5. Dial a Blue Bird taxi that runs on taxi-meter.

Taxi drivers get commission in almost everything whenever money comes out from my wallet,according to what i have read so far. Just that to date,i dont get to see a driver collecting his commission.(what i dont see doesnt mean its not happening in this case and they do collect commission) The taxi variances mentioned above depends on how i would like to travel in Batam. Meaning to say,i have a choice...hehehe...

Just sharing my experience here.

Hi bro,so last min planning. Here's what i suggest.

1. Stay at Pacific palace hotel,drop yrself off at Harbur bay ferry terminal.

Why so? : Because it has a safer & relatively popular disco (pacific disco) & a KTV there & also within your budget of around $60+ below $70.

2. Since 2d1n,no need to go too many joints. If u are into SYTs,try Happy 8 & Bunga. If u r into service,try NewBery & Sedona.Happy 8 & Bunga however more ex. Flag any taxi,they will know how to get u there.

Why so? : Because that's my personal preference to go

3. It's only 2d1n,dinner can be anywhere. Windsor food court can be a good choice but priced higher,otherwise Weywey/Harbour Bay sea food restaurant which has some sea view ambience (also higher price) inside harbour bay terminal.

Why so? : There's cheaper seafood in Batam,but u are into 2d1n stay ,so don't wish to give u too many further away cheaper option considerating if u are taking my advise to stay in Pacific palace hotel.

4. I think someone answer that already,Pacific & Newton disco. I suggest Pacific in case u plan to play drugs in batam. But do not bring the drugs out of Pacific disco,or u are deadmeat if caught with it. Ramadan just few days away,many polisi watching.

Why so? : Pacific disco inside Pacific palace hotel,so u have everything under one roof,including Octopussy men's spa.

5. Needless to say,Harbour Bay ferry terminal.

Why so? : Pacific Palace hotel is 10-15 mins walk,literally beside Harbour Bay if u check the Batam map & no chance for u to get lost in batam.

My philosophy in this reply is simple. Everywhere i suggested were all near to where you stay (except windsor food court & booking joints). ;)

Yes, but I walk into Majestic to get a seat to Btm Center , but I left my tickets at home, so the gal offer me a Sgd 31/ 2 way ticket, that how I came to know the offer 2 weeks ago. Sorry dun know the offer end on the 31/05. Since no more offer then better save the money and dun visit Btm, wait for ferry offer then cheong again there. Better luck next time.

Horizon Ferry is 48 also, more ferry trips than Batam fast.

The only other cheaper alternative are to Batam Centre ferries. but the distance to Nagoya is not worth it, unless you staying in Batam centre area.

Issnt dis the advice from hellowah long time ago about free taxi fare?

An ojek driver kept on pestering me for 2 days, offering to take me to joints for free, every time he saw me going out from Formosa. I did not want to go for joints, but he assumed I did. He can get 100-150 commission if I take a girl from a joint.

He could not understand why I always rejected his help. One afternoon he followed me for 15 minutes while I walked from Formosa till Jodoh. No way I could get rid of him. I simply wanted to make a walk, but he could not believe that one could simply go out for a stroll, not for touring joints.
Yes, I admit the first time I stopped at Happy8, but I just wanted to see what girls were available there.

For local price the 30 to 35k can get them to travel from Nagoya to batam center even when there is a heavy traffic. You can alternative shop at certain place and get the local to get the cab for you . The hotline I think is 431000 if my memory don't fail me .

If you say Hotline, i believe it's Slivercab/Bluebird. Please note that the min fare is 25k. Meter could be showing 15k, 18k or 20k but you have to pay 25k as a minimum.

From Nagoya hill to Batam Center terminal, if go by meter definitely more than 40k. But for Private Taxi, yes 35k or 40k can be achieved.

If you are still staying in this hotel and not wanting to change to NED. You can actually walk to Harmonic One Hotel, Aruma spa for massage. Same as previous bro mentioned, after coming out from the hotel lobby, turn right, you will see a round about, from the round about, you can see a newly built building housing the largest supermarket in Batam called Lotte (from Malaysia), anyway you will see a lot of cars on the road side jamming the entire road. This supermart opened just 2 to 3 weeks ago. Continue to walk along the main road, pass the supermart, you will see Harmonic One Hotel. On the 2nd floor, you will see Aruma Spa.

There is only one VIP room with shower and the rest are common curtained rooms. Price is competitive but may have changed. These photos were taken in 2013.

Another option for massage will be Hotel 01. Just continue to walk pass Harmonic One Hotel and you will see Hotel 01 and if you continue to walk straight, you will reach Pasir Ris food Court. Can be quite dark on the mud filled road after Hotel 01. Be cautious if walking in the night.

In Hotel 01, the massage is behind the hotel and on ground level. Individual rooms, including VIP room with shower/bath, are without door, only curtain - something like in Javanna massage house behind New Berry.

You planned to go Batam during Ramadan month where girls were reduced by at least 30-50%? Not impossible to get girls but look at the map below on where you are staying and where most cheonging places were located (the red circle were the cheonging place,the dot on the right is Harris Hotel).

I just like to bargain. 100k hj and 200k fj was my benchmark,be humble (yet vigilant),nice (yet firm) and dont show off wherever i go,especially talking loudly. My voice volume in clear tone is at best about 2.5 feet distance to the opposite direct person in the open public area.

Firs time in Batam and both my friend and I have a bad experience with the ceweks we booked overnight. Took from Hawaii and only had one shot for the whole time booking them which is as soon as they come in our rooms. Other than that, the ceweks are sleeping. We went out for dinner and party till 1am plus after which the ceweks were tired and decided to sleep after we got back to our rooms. When I go to disco, I like to enjoy first. I don't go back to hotel before 6am if I am alone or 4am if I find a girl. I like to find a girl and stay with her dancing at least a couple of hours.

The additional price to pay is the drinks, of course, but most girls in disco will not ask expensive drinks as in NoName. Most just drink water or, at most, a beer. Some asks cigarettes. Overall, a round of drinks for me, the girl and maybe 1 or 2 her friends may cost 100k-150k. Some girls ask obat (250k-300k), but 99% of the times I refuse.

So, your question. There is no rule of course! It is not a contract. I NEVER propose overnight to a girl in disco. The old Batam thread is now almost impossible to search anymore due to some reasons.Took me a while to look back and link up both threads to get the information. Anyway,above links were what i found useful from the older thread regarding Ramadan which i will be using as reference for Ramadan 2016.

As for myself,if i wish to go to Batam on this Ramadan,i will avoid :

6th,7th and 8th of June (1st 3 days).

19th,20th and 21st of June (mid 3 days) and lastly the end of Ramadan which is on 4th,5th and 6th of July. After 6th July,Ramadan is officially over.But for July,i will however try not go on 7th July onward till 14th July 2016. After 15th July,everything should be back to normal in Batam.

Through reading the old thread over the years in the old thread and being in Ramadan in one of the year,my observation is that the girls will gradually become lesser by the weeks towards end of Ramadan. Example 1st week,80% to 90% left,2nd week 70% to 80% left etc,until it eventually reach 50% at the end of Ramadan (note : some girls dont go back hometown during Ramadan but most do).

And as much as there are less girls,there were even lesser tourists,so some may find that there are more girls during this period of time. The effect is like supply and demand,supply less...demand even lesser. Less girls,but even lesser tourists. Why lesser tourists? My guess is most tourists understands that Ramadan month until towards Hari Raya,every Indonesia Muslim would love to spend their time with their immediate family (not at work). Its part of their culture. So if they are going out of their hometown to work in the major cities of Indonesia,they will wish to return during this period.

Don't need to search for the physical door.
In the pass,you hv been advice to ask for name card of okt when you doing your shopping.
If you have follow this good advice, by now, you should hv you collection backdoor keys ;) :)

So.. I Boarded Batam City Bus to Jodor terminal at the road side near KFC.
At the Tmnl I asked the in charge he claim that no terminal for Damri but can wait at Halte BCA.
So loop back to BCA Jodor.
Waited for about an hour finally saw a silver minibus that indicated clearly Airport Bus.
But I was too late to even take a photo of it. :sigh:

RAMADAN Day1 evening
Try to hv dinner at the Nasi Padang opps MLS but close.
Girl scared to meet up with police so let her stay in and I go search for dinner.
Try to go for my favorite Bakso Gaja also closed at the end, Pack Soup Tulang and Ayam penyet at RM behind UTAMA.

Yes, done with the movie, it's only 25,000 Rp, so why not for a stranger. I saw her at the Cinema 21 Lobby looking at the movies' schedule; I walked up to her and just bought her the ticket.

So, I just finished my haircut at V Salon. Where else..

Since it was first mentioned in this forum, (sorry, I forgot who mentioned it), I've seen the price for wash+cut in this salon increased from 80k to 90k. And, today, wah hair is really only just that, wash hair, no more massaging. They have managed to make the massaging part as a chargeable service by itself.

So, my entire expense for the past 1 hour here is 65k for hair cut plus 60k for hair wash & massage. Still cheap in Singapore context, but it's a 50% increase in just a space of 6 months for almost the same service, bar a few drop off cream and couple spray of hair tonic. The aunty's massage is enjoyable though. Her strength is the kuat kuat type.

Yes,the trip was a busy one,hehehe..in one day i practically can run up between 2nd floor,3rd floor more than a dozen times and then to the 1st floor again (no wonder i slimed down every Batam trip,hehehe...). There was 5 special rooms altogether,i dont always stay in 1 room number. Lucky it was night time when you knocked,and i dont think anyone was in that room (a friend was however staying in it). You guys arent the only one heading to the wrong room,i also almost constantly head to the wrong room too,hehehe...blindfold me,i also can get to that "room". :D

We visit the few loc u pointed us to,they were indeed fabulous places. Since u say to keep it discreet,i probably shouldn't be posting it here. Btw,a few FRs has been send yr way. If there's a chance,hope to link up again,dinner's on me bro.

There were at least a dozen bros who PM-ed me showing their interest to join me in my trip/s per month. But there are only limited slot in a vehicle. At times,i may also need to bring bros who shares the similar frequency and age group together. Cannot be i bring a few bros in their 50s to 60s and then mix with bros who were in their 20s to 30s,almost surely will have some kind of problem/s.

Another reason is some of the trips were initialed by other bros,meaning they were the one who takes the lead,and not me. So i have to seek everyone comfort-ability on the trip. Example,if my friend initialed a trip on 1st Dec,he asked friend A, friend B and me along.If i agree to it,i cannot say i bring along another as if friend A and friend B were to do like i do,then the whole trip may be disrupted for the one who initialed the trip. i organize many trips to Batam and am able to understand the feeling of getting the trip disrupted.

Batam is a place where anyone and everyone also can easily go on their own,be it solo or in groups. Like i often says,going to Batam is like going to Sentosa (the whole getting-there process and not the content of whats on the different islands) except the part that one needs a passport. I go to Batam,i found what i deem as fun for myself in Batam,i work on it and read this forum a lot to avoid making mistake/s other bros may have made when they shared their experience.

been some time since I logged in . Must share some REALLY solid food I found and ate several several times (to confirm consistency).

1. *the bestest* :D pizza : Spiro Pizza at Food Colony (Nagoya City Walk. Food Colony is a food court behind Brewsky pub). Will definitely post FR soon - love the thin crusted pizzas and the lasagna.... enak sekali AH!

Pizza,not interested,hehehe...Food colony uses the top up card thingy,even not interested. (i am saying "not interested" becos i dont exactly like pizza even in Sillypore and i also understand what may not be of interest to me may be interesting for others,so please continue to share)

2. Benny Beng Bak (bbq pork belly, charsiew) - this one is the outright winner for charsiew, siobak - my bro-in-law + parents vouch it loooooooooool ! :D . unfortunately it is at Mitra Batam Center. Near Momo, near Kampung Medan. But out of the way for quite a few. Will post FR soon as well.

This one however is interesting...hehehe...just hearing the work "pork belly and charsiew" already send me drooling....hehehe...

There is some young talent! A small one is remarkable, looking like my beloved viet who was my "girlfriend" in KL for a few days. Small and tiny like a kid. Her eyes are not innocent. Booking price proposed: 1.75J.
Other nice girls were quoted 1.5 or so. I don't know what made prices so steep recently (the 1.5 became 1.2 after a while though).
